Once the homeowner signs the legal documents that he said he was going to give to his counsel, we will provide in writing how we intend to service the homeAt no point in time did Mid South Coatings admit to any inferior product being applied

[I have attached new pictures of damage to the home that has occurred over the last weekI would like to submit new pictures of damage occurring as of 02/19/2017, to our property that Mid-South Coatings performed a service on. Besides the peeling issues that was submitted in other photos, we now have a strange dark streaking discoloration occurring under the paint. We have tried to wash the discoloration off, but it seems to be coming from the inside out. We do not know how to fix this damage. Mid-South Coatings advertises lifetime guarantee never to paint again. The product does not meet Tex Cote’s specification according to Tex Cote confirmed lab testing from their laboratory, and their lab did confirm that the primer was watered down. We also have a video showing the contractor watering down the primer product. Please see the information from Mid-South Coatings’ website for life time protection and supposedly repair wall damage in advance (this is a brand new home). This product is causing damage to a brand new home with brand new stucco, and it has only been on the home for four months in which we have not been able to get the owner of Mid-South Coatings to correct. Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

Customers home was completed 6/29/Owner reached out to the office to question his mildew issue March 12,We sent the original applicator to his home to inspect March 30thAt which time he sent the office photos that the paint was not failing & the owner needed to wash the homeOwner
called us back in April looking for answersWe assumed the applicator had the conversation with owner, apparently he did notOn May 11th the owner sent me an email expressing his concerns..May 15th I personally went to the home & met Mr Jim and listened to his concerns and inspected the scope of workAfter asking several questions & listening to the answers it was my years of experience it was determined & agreed the owner has NEVER washed his home since the application months ago.The labor on all areas of the home was done properly & the product is NOT failingI asked the owner if he would like me to send a representative to wash ? He said he would take care of the washingI also told hime to call the office after he washed to give us an update on the dirt & mildew.Attached you will find the completion certificate signed by the owner stating all work & services were completed to his COMPLETE satisfaction. Also attached is a letter we mail to all customers after the job is complete instructing them to wash the home.Tell us why here

***t I appreciate your commentsBut unfortunately they are very in accurateAt no point in time did the sales representative tell you that anybody would be coming out to assess the work before we get started As far as you not trusting my organization that is simply your comment not validHere at Mid South Coatings we take customer service extremely important, because that's the growth of my companyThe process is always remain the same, after a customer picks the colors we then schedule the job weather permitting I have records to show you the amount of rainfall that we had from Lake Charles Louisiana to Panama City Florida which is the territory that I coverOnce the dispute has been filed with visa, and the money deducted from my account at that time I will file a reverse to spook would visa because all of the legal documents that you have signed fax this email complaint with the Revdex.comIn the meantime, we will keep your file on holdHave a nice and dry dayI apologize also for any incorrect grammar or spelling as I'm talking into my phone

The job started 3/23/After days of preparing the home for our products, one of the owners approved our prep.( see signed certificate dates 3/25/) The following day we applied our classes "smooth" primer to the wallsThe following working day we applied out "top-coat"We cleaned the job
& scheduled a final walk-around to have the owner sign the completion certificate & collect the final paymentDuring this walk around the owner was not happy because he could still see the "hair-line" crack in his stuccoWe informed him that would always be "somewhat" noticeableHe "claims: the sales rep told him that would not be the case( All reps are trained by me, & are aware that our product will NOT hide ANY "imperfections" on the substrate.) The owner requested that management look at his homeI sent my field operations manager to his home to evaluateAfter which time we explained the substate was TOTALLY sealed, but we could not "hide" all imperfectionsCustomer still not happyTherefore, at NO EXTRA charge MSC offered to apply a "textured" primer & to reapply the top-coteAll at no extra chargeOwner agreed to try the new textureAfter applied , the customer again called us to inspectWe did & the primer was applied perfectly & looked niceBut, owner still not happyTherefore we DID not apply the top-coteWe advised the owner that nothing could be done until the RAIN stopped & his walls were dryIt rained the week of April 4th & April 11th.The owner called & we explained we can not work when the substrate is wet or dampThe owner was not happy,we advised him that our Manufacturer rep would be in NOLA the week of the 18thOwner was willing to wait to meet the repBecause we had over a 80% chance of rain the week of the 25th, the rep rescheduled his visit to NOLE to the week of May 2ndOn 4/21/the owner contacted our manufacturer to discuss his optionsTextured Coatings advised him of the reps travel plans.Later on the 21st of April the owner called the office & I spoke with himOnce again we revised the past month, he was still not happyWe then offered to go back to his home on the 22nd to "revisit" his concerns while we wait for the TCA repHe does not want anyone on his property. Therefore what I "tried" to offer was; contract amount is $5,Customer paid to date $3,000So far the labor, material & commission paid is $2,MSC will refund the owner $We will need the owner to sign the addendum reflecting the changes

[Unfortunately, Kevin M*** response is 99% inaccurate Not only is Kevin eluding that we are not telling the truth, he is eluding that his sales representative are not telling the truth, he is eluding that his advertisement on the internet is not telling the truth, and he is eluding that the radio announcer advertising his commercial is not telling the the truth The radio commercial ad clearly stated times thicker than paint, that is why we even made the first phone call When the sales representative showed up at our home, he had a sample of what the paint product would look and feel like to be times thicker than paint Clearly Kevin is out of touch with the truth of his own businessIt appears that he has lied so much that he beleives his own lies rather than the customers that he has ruined homes for I have attached a document from his website, Mid-South Coating's commercial that is posted on their website and has been publicly advertised as times thinker than paint Sorry Kevin, I cannot make up that lie of your advertisement on your website As far as the time frames, the salesman John came to our home, told us that the contractor would need three days Day one they would come and prep the house, day two, they would paint the primer and because the primer needed to dry and cure overnight, day three would be the final color coat I would not know to make up bogus information about how to apply your product We witnesses the water being placed into a brand new bucket of primer as soon as the primer coat began We contacted the sales representative to let him know that water was being added and he advised us that water being added was to make the paint pliable According to Tex Cote's representative, water should never be added According to Tex Cote's lab, the lab has confirmed that the primer was water down and did not meet their specifications I gues the lab technician is not quialified and is inaccurate according to Kevin too Kevin M*** was not on the property witnesses, so his comment as the water being added is inaccurate and untruthful. The contractor dumped a bucket of colored paint over and scooped the paint up our of the sand, continued to spray clogging up the lines, and left the remaining paint that housed too much sand on our property Yes, we still have that as evidence too After the second coat was applied, we attempted to contact Kevin, leaving a message with his secretary We did not hear back from until weeks later after American Express had closed the case Kevin in returned sent American Express a signed contract of customer service satisfaction that we signed in distress at 9:at night when the contractor completed the work because the contractor would not come back the next morning after the fact American Express charged us the charge until we placed the charge back under dispute The next dispute, Kevin had his attorney try and strong arm us and American Express with the contract We have not had any contact with Mid-South Coating's attorney nor Kevin to work anything out, so that is inaccurate and untruthful as well At this point, our money is still in dispute, we are out $1,that we paid in cash for a deposit, and we still have a damaged product on our home with no resolution as to how to correct this damage. With the attitude that Kevin M*** is taking on as far as no refund, the untruthfulness that he is claiming about his attorney trying to come to a resolution, and the fact that he will not come and fix this problem out of good faith for his name and his business tells me that he does not stand behind his worth The sad thing about the whole situation is we are the ones who have offered to release the dispute if he would just come and fix the problems, we are the ones who has been desperately trying to rectify this issue, and never once has Kevin owned up as to what Mid-South Coatings could do to make this right Unfortunately, Kevin's comments in the last paragraph prove his statement of not being willing to make this right, and that is the only 1% accurate information in his statement.

They did not offer to sent someone to wash the house, he offer to give us names of people who we could call to wash the house. If they would have responded timely, it would have only been about 7-mths since completion. Not months

Attached is a quote from a reputable company Rhino Shield. Also for roof over spray, and paint removal. Field Production manager Mike, came to our home one time and looked at the paint job and said drippage is normal. The paint was so bad, we were in shock! Myself, [redacted] finally had to call the owner of the company (Kevin M.) He was suppose to call me back and never did. Myself and my husband, [redacted] tried on many occasions to get our home completed per contract. All we want is our home to be completed, certificate for lifetime warranty. We were happy with our colors, we chose them, except the trim color, which sales rep, Joe B[redacted] was told to match the windows. Both garage door frames were included on contract. Front and rear doors were excluded. They were visibly stain grade and were never suppose to be painted. we had to hire and pay 2 different contractors to sand all down so they could be stained, as this was told to Joe B[redacted] before they even started.

Job was completed in June of 2017. Our sales staff is trained to inform the owner they "should" wash the home very 6-9 months. We also sent all owners a letter with the warranty reminding them to wash the exterior.Customer reached out to the office 8 months after job was complete.Again, MSC can provide names & numbers for customer to call & get estimates to wash the home. But owner stated several times he can/will wash the exterior.Tell us why here...

[There was absolutely no mistake what so ever!!!  This is just like always Kevin, you try to spin everything to be the customer's fault.  Take ownership.  Mike contacted us on 02/22/2017, told us he was going to Florida for an appointment on Thursday and he would be stop by.  We clearly told Mike that we would not be there until Friday just as we told you several messages ago through the Revdex.com  that we would be on the property Fridays.  Mike's response was ok, I will be there early Friday morning. We are fed up with your twists and turns of trying to make everything out to be everyone else's fault.  You have cost us more time and money and this is no joke.  Go back and read the Revdex.com complaints and you will clearly see were we told you that we would be on site on Fridays.  I am to the opinion that you genuinely to not listen to anything a customer has to say because you are so worried about what you want to say back because you seem to be the important one here.  We are done with your bully tactics, we are done with your shenanigans, and we are done with you jerking us around.  Mike knew that appointment was for Friday morning and he did not show.  Besides, who calls and makes an appointment for the next day knowing we live 5 hours away.  Unprofessional!!!!]
