Received a letter from Mulligan funding, with "check enclosed" printed on the envelope Our AR department opens it to process it and it turns out this is not a payment or a check its an application for a loan We did not solicit this and wish to have our information removed from their mailing database, and be placed on a do not contact, do not sell our info it's our understanding a federal law may have been violated and have issued a formal complaint with the postmaster general

We received a letter today, 6/28/from Mulligan Funding with a credit card attached This was an actual card with an account number offering us credit up to $500,The activation date was written as 6/16/We called Mulligan Funding and Molly C told me that it did not say it was activated, but it did! She said they received our name from Dun & BradstreetThis does not give you the right to send us a card to get creditWe did not authorize this card and we want you to remove my & my company's name from your list Also, they mis-spelled my last name using the first letter as a B instead of a V

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me While I wish there was a way to stop them from doing this to others in the future, I understand that there is not Regards, [redacted] ***

I received a Cash Account Card and letter stating that I was a member and that the account activation is free I called the 888-988-number to request that my name and address be removed from their records As soon as I said my name and began to mention the letter, I was interrupted by "***, the sales manager" who said "Are you now?" I said excuse me? And he continued with his rude behavior I told him that I would not like them to contact me in the future - ***'s reply was that he didn't contact me, but rather that I was the one that called them Again I said, excuse me, and said I was calling because of the card and letter I received in the mail He asked me for a promotion number so he could remove me I asked him for his last name so I could make a record of it - his reply was "What does it matter?" - So I asked him for an employee number - he replied with "***, the sales manager" It told him that I was glad the call was being recorded, as I felt he was being extremely rude Each time I began a sentence, it seemed he was interrupting me I finally gave him the account number and he said that he would remove it - I re-iterated that he remove my name and address He said, yes he would remove the name and address Then he passive aggressively said "Have a nice day." I have never been so rudely spoken to from the time I introduced myself in my first words to the last word out of his mouth I am concerned when I receive mail such as this with a legitimate credit card attached and all of my personal private information potentially on the strip on the back of it It is disturbing that a company would use this means of solicitation and then respond so rudely when a potential customer calls and says their name, especially if this was indeed the sales Manager! I would hope that they have truly removed my name from their records, as I want nothing else to do with them in the future

Every person has spoken to me on the phone sounded helpful as much as the person before , creative customer service, consistent wonderful people, I definitely have them one of my best options Very easy experience if you looking for funds

Dear Sir Thank you very much for drawing this complaint to our attention We're very sorry that this merchant felt concerned about receiving our mail and the offer for funding which it contained We're also particularly sorry that the merchant failed to notice the bold comment in the body of the mailer, as well as the wording on the check itself, making it clear that this was not a real check We had no intention to cause any distress and regret the fact that it appears to have done so This is not a scam of any sort - but rather an attempt to provide much-needed working capital funding to many thousands of small and medium sized business owners throughout the country, who need that funding in order to grow and develop their businessesHaving said that, we will certainly ensure that this merchant is removed entirely from our mailing lists and receives no further solicitations from us in the future Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience causedRegards, [redacted] Mulligan Funding, LLC DirTel [redacted] DirFax [redacted] eMail [redacted] Website: [redacted]

Dear Madam Thank you very much for letting us know of this merchant's concerns We take these concerns very seriously, and appreciate the opportunity to address them hereMr ***'s company was sent a prior mailer in which it was made absolutely clear that the contents were simply intended to inform him that his business might have funding available from us, should it require such funding That mailing does indeed contain a copy of a check - which is explicitly described in more than one place as being just that - namely a copy - and as not being a real check at all This is done precisely to alleviate any concerns that recipients might otherwise have It appears for reasons I'm unaware of that this mailer either didn't arrive at Mr ***'s business, or wasn't brought to his attention I'll try and figure out how that happened, but obviously I apologize for that Had he received that earlier mail, I have little doubt that his current concerns would not have arisen. In any event, in the meantime, I've taken the steps required to remove Mr ***'s business from our mailing database - and no further communications of any kind will be sent to that companyI have tried to contact Mr [redacted] directly in order to reassure him of these facts He wasn't available, so I took the opportunity to leave a fairly detailed voice message - as well as my contact details inviting him to reach out directly to me if there are any additional questions or concerns that I have not already addressed adequatelyRegards, [redacted] CEO Mulligan Funding, LLC DirTel(888) 705- DirFax(888) 320- eMail ***@mulliganfunding.com Website: www.mulliganfunding.com

Very easy transaction. Matt P is very thorough explaining the programs and fees. He does not bash the competition, which is unprofessional, but explains differences. Nice.

Please accept our apologies in regards to the mailer you received from Mulligan Funding and any misunderstanding or concern that it may have caused you. Please be assured that the card contained within the mailer was not a credit card or a financial instrument of any kind. It was... simply a representation of working capital that may be available to your business. Per your request, we’ve taken you off of our Contact list effective immediately. Please be aware that you might receive a piece of mail or two before our mailing supplier catches up with the change. If you do receive something, please just disregard it. Best Regards,

Dear Sirs Thanks very much for bringing this complaint to our attention We have no intention of misleading anyone about the nature of our mailing solicitations - which is why (as the complainant correctly points out) we make it very clear that the check we sent is just a copy and not a real check We will certainly investigate ways in which we might be able to make that even clearer in the future, to assist people in this position in understanding that it's merely an offer for business financingIn the meantime, we've removed this business from our mailing list in order to ensure that the complainant isn't troubled by receiving mail from us in the futureRegards [redacted] Mulligan Funding, LLC DirTel [redacted] DirFax [redacted] eMail [redacted] Website: [redacted]
