Did not contact them and want nothing to do with them
I have a company that they want to start funding No way !

Received a "credit card" The mailer indicated "YOUR NEW ACCOUNT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED" There no better way to turn off real business owners than to send them something in the mail that indicates an account has been opened when it wasn't asked for Yes, when you keep reading, you will realize you have to call in to "activate" your account, but what a SLEAZY business!

Mulligan has been working with us for the last years and we have always received excellent service! We appreciate all the hard work and professionalism they have given usThank you!!!

Received a letter from Mulligan funding, with "check enclosed" printed on the envelope
Our AR department opens it to process it and it turns out this is not a payment or a check its an application for a loan
We did not solicit this and wish to have our information removed from their mailing database, and be placed on a do not contact, do not sell our info
it's our understanding a federal law may have been violated and have issued a formal complaint with the postmaster general

I am very happy to give this company a star rating! I had a bit of a cash crunch because of some "bad" customers I sent the requested paperwork and had the funds in days The terms were reasonable and the customer service is outstanding! Highly recommend!!

As requested by the merchant, I have immediately removed their details from our mailing database and the business will not receive any further mail or contact from us. I have refrained from contacting the business by phone in order to give them the assurances set out below, since they specifically requested that we don’t do so.
However, I do wish to assure this merchant that the mailing they received poses no risk at all to them. No application for finance on behalf of the business has ever been received by Mulligan Funding. There is no active account and never has been with Mulligan Funding in the name of this business. No unauthorized credit has ever been or would ever be advanced in the name of this company
I trust this resolves the complaint to the customer’s satisfaction
