I could not have been more pleased with the service or quality of the music box I received with a custom tune in traditional music box format from Music Box Attic. The gentleman I corresponded with was extremely helpful and professional, it was certainly a pleasure to do business with him and this company. I give them the highest recommendation.

These music boxes are very good quality. The tunes have a lovely sound. I also bought a music song box , I was alittle worried. It came out beautiful ! I would reccomend this company. Their customer service is also excellent. I recieved my music boxes within 4 days, packed safely. They answer the phone and were very helpful.

The movement came on time. Works great and now I'll make the box for it. Very pleased

I recently ordered a music box from Music Box Attic. Here is a company that does it right.

Ordered the Music Box on a Tuesday and it arrived on Saturday.
I made an error in the order and emailed Music Box Attic of the error. They emailed me back within an hour letting me know the error had been corrected.
Here is how the music box was packed. The music box was in a "satiny" drawstring bag, in a box wrapped in packing material. This box was in a larger box packed in packing peanuts.
The Music Box itself is beautiful. Sound is clear and exactly as advertised.
The engraved plate adds that extra touch that makes this a perfect gift.

No issues, no problems a great online experience.

I received my order in 2 days,and in excellent condition.The box itself is above expectations,not one flaw anywhere on it.The color is far better than the picture.
Now the not so good.
The tune,isnt very good,yes,it plays just flawlessly,but is almost unrecognizable.I know what it was supposed to be,but completely out of tune.
Overall though,it is a beautiful,well made piece.

Music Box Attic was super in helping me create a music box for my baby granddaughter!
I had composed a little lullaby and only had sheet music. They were able to use my custom
music and convert it to a digital music box sound. The box and plaque were very nice. It was a perfect gift. The sound is lovely.

I purchased a Double Heart and White Rose Musical Jewelry Box for a wedding gift. Love everything about it, the music box was beautifully crafted, the engraving was done directly onto the box and it turned out perfect, the couples first dance song was chosen for the music and sounds beautiful. Customer service was great, *** was very helpful in getting the song for me and answering all questions. I know the bride is going to Love it., when she opens it and hears her first dance song her smile will be priceless.
