Music Box Attic deserves more than 5 stars! I had a customized order for Valentine's Day and emailed the company with a question. *** wrote me back quickly. He was super nice, helpful, and tailored my order to specifically to what I needed. The music box I received was exactly what was shown on the site. The quality of the box was excellent. It also shipped super fast and shipping was free (a great bonus!) I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a sentimental gift for someone special.

Recently purchased (as first-time buyer) 18-note music piano jewelry box for 10-year-old granddaughter. She loves it and was thrilled to get it. Music we selected, "You are my sunshine," is delightful; and engraving was beautifully done.

First piano that came had an imperfection on the top. Music Box Attic, specifically ***, was wonderful to deal with. Easy and prompt replacement, and postage label to mail back original for free both with no hassle. Also, I emailed them to notify them of the problem on a Sunday hoping for a response on Monday. To my surprise, *** responded within an hour and made the correction all happen. They were open on Sundays just before the holidays. Great Service.

Music Box Attic had exactly what I needed for a project. Rebuilt an old toolbox for my wife so she could store memory items. Wanted to add a song via a unit that would play when she opened the box top. Ordered a unit that I could add any song, MBA had this unit, initially I ordered the non programmable unit. Called and talked to *** and he sent out the correct unit the same day at no charge.

I am extremely pleased with Music Box Attic. I wanted to preserve a song my late husband sung to me on my voicemail. *** talked me thru how to get the voicemail to him and he edited it for me. I am not "techie" and he made it easy for me to do. The music box/jewelry case is lovely and I will treasure it always.
There was a problem with the initial shipment, but Denny corrected it and made it all run smooth.

it is so nice in todays world to find a place that values the customer. I ordered a ballerina jewelry box for my granddaughter, when it arrived I opened it to find it didn't play. all I had to do was call and I was sent another one in two days time. We ordered a music box/water globe as a baby gift (Order XXXXX). It arrived promptly, but when I opened the original packaging from the supplier (San Francisco Music Boxes), the winder key was missing. The factory just left it off. I called, and was very pleased with their hassle free solution. They mailed the replacement part (it just threaded onto the existing post, so no return was necessary) immediately, and included a tracking number for the part. It was quick, easy and effective. I would definitely do business with them again!

This is the best place to get any replacement parts or repair work on musical jewelry boxes. They have helped me with 3 or 4 separate boxes. They also have the best selection of boxes and musical mechanisms. They are always bending over backwards and go out of their way to help as well as being efficient and friendly.
