The Italian music box I chose arrived quickly and was well-protected in its packaging. The gift wrapping did justice to the box, and the custom engraving, custom-tune, and music-box conversion of the tune made it a unique and perfect gift. My music box is absolutely beautiful. The wooden box and angel inlay are very high quality. I ordered the digital module for a special order song and had the button option installed so music box will play open or closed. The engraving was beautiful and the music module is really amazing. The customer service is by far the best I have received from a company on-line. Music Box Attic is a company that will bend over backwards to ensure you are very happy...oh yeah, can't beat their prices for such beautiful quality music boxes...and it's guarenteed for life!!!!

We had music box attic do a custom job for our son's wedding where they inserted the music from the wedding couple's first dance into a wooden box that contained their wedding rings. They did an absolutely incredible job on this! The music was perfect and they matched the wood on the box perfectly on the inside of the box to accommodate the music chip and still have room for the wedding rings. Looks like the whole box was custom made together! It is an amazing keepsake! Not only is the quality and workmanship extremely well done but Boris and his team were incredible to work with. They listened to exactly what we wanted and turned the job around in just a few days as it was a rush. We were impacted by the hurricane in a Florida just before the wedding and had to evacuate. Through all of the commotion we completely forgot about the ring box until a few days before the wedding. They jumped through hoops for us and shipped it from California to Massachusetts where the wedding venue was and it arrived on the morning of the rehearsal dinner as promised. Our son and new daughter-in-law absolutely loved it, as did all of our guests compliment on what a beautiful music box it was and an incredible keepsake for years to come. Can't thank Boris and his team enough! They are high quality professionals who were a joy to work with. Really awesome work product!
