Im in the customer service industry and I can honestly say.... wow. One of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time. We received daily updates from Stacie and her communication with us was SPOT ON. I would highly recommend her to ANYONE. Just a very good smooth experience. Refreshing in this day and age.

I bought a RV trailer May 30th 2020 and financed through the USA Finance company. today is July 20th 2020 and still have not received the License plate or Registration for the camper. I contacted the USA Finance company and was told that all the paper work was sent to North Carolina DMV and the plate would be overnighted to me but nothing and the NCDMV has no record of my RV or the vin number corresponding to the trailer. The trailer has been sitting in my driveway for 6 weeks and am not able to put it on the road without tickets and fines and I still have to make payments on it but still can't use it. I have contacted the company by email numerous times and getting nothing but empty promises.

We are so sorry *** this did not get processed in a timely manner. The titlework was marked as sent in the system but did not actually go out. This is not our normal level of customer service and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We confirmed that the title transfer packet has been received by NC DMV office and the manager there has handled this transfer herself. We are sorry for the delay and glad you were able to take your RV out for vacation with new plates and registration in hand. We greatly appreciate your patience. We value our customers' opinion of us and will follow up with you again.

My husband and I have excellent credit make excellent money but our boat that we wish to purchase way too old and we were told the rate would be 16% don’t go to this company if you have an older boat

A few factors go into determining interest rate, credit score is only one part. For example, when a boat or rv is over 20 years old the interest rate is higher because of lower resale value. Our loan officer, Brandon, was very patient while we were navigating this whole process and amazing in trying to expedite our funding in 4 days. Unfortunately we hit a snag at closing and the bank we approved with didnt fund for Jet Skis. Brandon was out sick and we found out at lunch. NO WAY were we going to fix it and be funded by the next morning to pick up our skis! WRONG! Ms. Kim, Brent and the team at MyFinancing USA called us back because they cared about us not being disappointed and they worked their tails off to fix it AND fund us all within 4 hours ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND FRIDAY! We WILL be picking up our new skis in the morning and enjoying the Memorial holiday!

These people are full of st, they wont help you with a low credit score. Go somewhere else it's a scam .

From the inception of our company, we began working with bad credit customers which is what set us apart from the other recreational lending companies.
There will be situations in which credit won't be extended to an applicant that is beyond our control. All recreational lending programs, just like automotive or mortgages, have minimum requirements. BUT bad or less than perfect credit is embraced here as advertised. My husband and I tried to obtain an rv loan through several different companies only to get denied. We make good money, have good credit scores, and have a great payment history. However we filed bankruptcy 5 years ago so several companies told us no. And I am self employed and write a lot off. Well My Financing USA took our file and looked at it and dug through it and looked at us as people, not numbers. They looked at all factors and approved us and got us a better rate than we were quoted elsewhere! They even got us a pretty sweet protection plan. They did everything quickly and completely over the phone or through email. I loved my loan office Kylar. He was always quick to respond to emails I sent with questions and was fantastic about keeping me updated on the whole process. I highly recommend My Financing USA

I purchased a 2010 *** with financing from My Financing USA. The purchase and documents were all sent in on my part early August of 2019. All documents as stated by the lender were received and processed. Since, I have received constant emails saying they are waiting on information/documents to complete the title transfer. These documents are stated to be from the previous Leinholder. These documents include Original Boat Title and Leon Release. I have repeatedly stated to lender that I do not have access to these documents and I am not responsible for these documents. Due to the lack on their part I have no registration to the boat making the boat unusable until action is taken on their part. I have paid for all title transfer and registration fees.

the paper title was the hold up on getting this transfer completed. Originally, the lienholder, *** only only issued a paper lien release with no paper title. We have been working diligently to obtain the paper title and should have it by late next week and we will be in touch with you to complete the transfer in Pennsylvania at the tag office of your choice. We apologize this has been such an ordeal. We have sent by USPS $100 in gift cards to you and you should be receiving those on Monday, November 4th . We greatly appreciate your business and thank you for your patience as we get this completed for you.

My Financing USA was an excellent choice for my rv loan. Joe *** was awesome to work with. He kept me informed of every step and answered every question I had in a timely manner. I highly recommend Joe and My Financing USA. From the first call from Joe to having the check for the RV was 6 days. However 2 of those days was weekend. So 4 business days to complete

I completed the paperwork for the purchase on a private sale RV. I overnighted then the title work as they requested and was told two weeks before the plate and registration would arrive. I called to inquire after two weeks passed and received an email stating the tile work had been mailed to me and I would get it shortly. Waited a few days and called back, I was then told on the 17th of Aug the State rejected some facet of the paperwork. I asked why I had been told wrong information via email. They had no answer. Today I called State of FL and the RV is still in the previous owners name.

We expect to have everything to you by early next week at the latest. Once received at ***, it is about a 3-4 day turnaround time. The plate and registration will be overnighted to you. Our title manager has reached out to you as well and was unable to reach you to update you on the transfer process, she left her contact info on your voicemail. We are very sorry for any stress this has caused and should have you on the road very soon.

On 4/30/2019 I signed a contract buying a rv through third party RV financing usa. They got me financed with ***. They received $1043.06 for titling and tax fees from *** on my behalf to register my camper. They also received all titling documentation from the company I purchased the rv through via overnight mail , along with a signed form from me allowing them to do this legally. To date I have emailed them to asked why this has yet to be done. I am told they are just behind and to give them 30 days more. After over 30days still nothing and I email them again just to receive a form to fill out giving them permission to do it which they already have! I am also receiving letters from my state regarding this not being titled yet! At this point I am seeking all documentation for titling and legal purposes , plus the amount of $1043.06 that was funded by *** for the purposes of plus $100 for 122 days late fee per Missouri department of revenue. As well as the 399.00 paid to you in fees per the contract to do this, that you have not done. I expect to have a tracking number within 48hrs for this. Previous address was ***. I have since moved to ***. It has also been a inconvenience buying a camper before camp season just to go all summer unable to use it.

We understand it can be frustrating waiting on plates and registration for a newly purchased vehicle and hate that it took longer than expected. We try to get things done within a timely manner, but during the height of the buying season it can be a challenge.

This situation was turned over to our Operations Manager for review and we worked directly with the customer and local DMV office to get this completed. The sales taxes and fees were paid leaving a small amount in escrow which will be refunded and mailed out on Friday August 2.

As part of being better at what we do, we have most recently started a brand new titling process which should help to speed up and improve not only the communication, but this whole process.

My Financing with My Financing USA was awesome, Brent *** was so wonderful to work with, he made all the process so easy, kept in touch all the time and also was able to push getting our check. we had an problem that we need to be able pick up our coach on a certain day. Highly recommended them.

On May 10th. I took possession of the 1992 rinker boat, that you brokered the loan for me. I sent you back all the remaining documents. Bill of sale, signed title, and you already received all the other documents a week before closing. Title Transfer application and registration. Ect ect.... I have already made 1 payment on my loan. And I'm approaching my 2nd payment.
My issue is why are you holding on to the title and registration? Why aren't you sending it to the Illinois department of natural resources? The fee is $160 for title Transfer and new registration. It doesn't take over 3 weeks to search the Illinois department of natural resources for fee information.
My title for my boat trailer was sent back to me within 2 weeks. But I did that myself. Why did you have me send you the title,and bill of sale if you were not going to do your job?I could have just sent it to the Illinois department of natural resources myself! This type of business is unacceptable. Are you holding my title and bill of sale hostage, until you receive your commission check from the loan company?

The Temporary registration has been emailed to you as of 06/04/2019 which is good for 60 days as per IL DNR. This will allow you to use your boat in the meantime. Please carry the document on your person while operating the watercraft until the Registration card is received.

The title and registration documents have also been sent by *** tracking # *** and is scheduled to be delivered today by 8 PM (June 5, 2019) Please note IL DNR processing time is currently 60-90 days.

I’m the biggest skeptic on going with companies I don’t personally know anything about. I read reviews online about this company and took a chance. Literally the best decision. I got an approval within 3 hours! We didn’t have the strongest of credit, so we didn’t know what to expect. They gave us the preapproval, pending all of our income. We got them our documents and got the final approval the very next day. They responded to all of my emails and questions within 30 minutes every time. They overnighted my paperwork, I sent it back, and they overnighted my check the next day. The entire process from my application to receiving my check was under a week. My rate is 9.9 which from my research wasn’t bad for our credit in the mid 600s. I didn’t realize that they are not the bank that it’s funded through. Ours went through Merrick which they have been great as well. No complaints and was so easy.

Love these guys they worked hard to get me a boat loan at a great rate and on great terms
