Olivia *** was my loan officer. She did a great job guiding me through the process and went the extra mile when it was crunch time and I needed to pick up my new boat. She was very professional. Every once in awhile someone crosses our path in life and leaves a lasting impression. I would have to say, for me and my wife. Craig has been working extensively to provide us with the best option on our first boat, we were apprehensive about going forward. Craig *** delivery style was excellent, but his knowledge of the particular loans that RV Financing USA had to offer was even more impressive. He even followed up on our questions the next day and we were able to contact him on the weekends and after hours if we had any questions.
Craig went above and beyond to help us out, he takes the time to understand what needs we had, and implements things smoothly and seamlessly. He also thinks critically about things and comes up with practical solutions and breaking down the loan and numbers so we could understand clearly during this process of purchasing. We had such a wonderful experience with obtaining financing for our older used motorhome. Olivia was our loan officer and she was fantastic! She was very professional, patient with answering our questions, and was extremely helpful with providing information about gap insurance and an extended warranty for our purchase. If Olivia was unable to answer our question, she would seek assistance from a supervisor and get back to us in a timely manner. We could not have asked for better service and received such a great interest rate. I called other finance companies who quoted on average a 1 to 2 point higher interest rate, or didn't return my calls. We also received funding in less than 24 hours once our paperwork was complete.

We shopped around for another bank and found RV Financing by luck searching on Google. Chris was responsive and throughout with his research. I gave him the details from the dealer and he promptly replied with his options and warned us from the extended warranty offered by the dealer - provided with Revdex.com's site and all. He did his research!
Chris and his team were prompt with their response, patient with all of our questions and professional. We just received the check today and going to the dealer this Friday to sign the papers. Does not hurt to shop around and glad to have found and worked with Chris and his team.
On Aug 17, 2017 I was approved through My Financing USA for a loan to purchase a 5th wheel RV. I took delivery on the RV on Sept 5th from the RV dealership, *** RV. They sent all the paperwork to the loan officer at My Financing RV for it to be processed and obtain the vehicle registration an title for the bank. I was issued a 60 day temporary registration. Which expired on Nov 5th, 2017. It is now December 16, 2017, and I still have no registration or license plate for my RV. I have been in contact with the loan officer at My Financing USA several times and been told that the title officer will be in contact with me, and that the paperwork has all been submitted. To this day I have never heard from anyone nor have I received my registration or license plate. I have already had to cancel two different vacations that were planned, because I have no registration and can not use the RV. The last time I emailed the loan officer was on Nov 17, 2017, and was told again that the title department will be in contact with me again that day. All the paperwork was suppose to be sent to the State of . They, (My Financing USA) were paid 4388.46 for taxes, 600.00 for title and registration, plus 399.00 their fee. I have had to make three payments to the bank already on this RV and I pay 150.00 a month for storage since it cant be moved.
Mr.,We understand your frustration with the time it has taken to complete your registration. We have attempted in vain to get your registration done more quickly. We also understand the inconvenience caused by this delay and your inability to move the RV because you do not have your registration yet. We did indeed send out your registration to *** back in November, however *** rejected the packet because they would not accept a blank check with instructions to put the total amount on it made payable to them, despite them telling us over the phone that they would accept it. To make matters worse we did not receive notice from your local authority that this was rejected until this month.
Because we value you as a customer and to expedite the process, we hired a local agent to physically walk in your transaction on your behalf yesterday and make any necessary corrections on your behalf in person and to ensure you were express overnighted your registration upon completion.
Your registration is out for delivery today. The tracking number is ***

The total amount spent from your escrow was $4554.46. We are sending you a check for the remaining $534.00 in your escrow that was not paid to . We thank you again for your business and apologize for the inconvenience.

I do not believe that this business would send a blank check to the Department of Motor Vehicles in the state of *** and ask them to write in the amount due. I believe this claim to be false. They caused me and my family a lot of frustration due to their negligence in this matter. I also asked that my 399.00 fee that they charged me be refunded due to the amount of time and money it has costed me.

Olivia *** was fantastic to work with. I normally like to do these type of things in person and was hesitant to secured financing over the phone and by mail but communication with Olivia was better than speaking with local banks. She took care of everything I needed and was a pleasure to work with. She made this process much easier than I ever expected.
