My wife and I called a few places that supposedly specialize in RV and boat loans but trying to get info was like pulling teeth. The team, and I mean team, at MY Financing is simply amazing. We worked with Brent and he was great, quickly answered any and all questions, gave us a competitive rate, provided the paperwork, explained everything and after 3 days of reaching out we had our RV financed. I cannot explain just how well Brent and his team worked with us. There is an obvious reason they get an A+ with the Revdex.com. Do yourself a favor and call them first.

Olivia is the BOMB! She helped us every step of the way, answered a 1001 questions and was never rude or seemed bothered by our calls or e-mails. I would recommend this company for easy RV financing and we got a great rate and good monthly payments! It did take the bank a little longer than we would have liked to cut the check but once they did Olivia had it to us in less than 15 hours!

I think that this is a very shady organization. Financing once secured was handed off to *** Finance and then payments were arranged through *** Credit Union. *** has fees for everything. I was never advised about *** Credit Union. Also the closing was over two weeks ago and the title has not been sent to me as yet. Poor customer service.
Thank you for letting us know your concerns. We work very hard to be great communicators and appreciate this opportunity to respond. We have been in business since 2003 and have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com. As part of our phone and email communications regarding loan closing, we fully disclosed the lender information. This lender also calls its loan applicants to welcome them after receipt of the new loan packet. So we are not sure where a breakdown in communicating the lender info occurred. We are researching this further. As far as the titling issue, the loan proceeds were sent to the seller's bank to payoff the loan on July 20. We had to wait for the title to be sent to us with the lien released before we could process. We received the title on 7/23/2018. An email from the assigned title officer was sent 7/27/2018. At your request, we communicated the timeline on the titling process on 8/6/2018. As promised, the title packet is being processed this week. We are in the busiest time of the buying season and titling can be very different for each customer. We process the packets as efficiently as possible. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We understand the excitement with buying a new recreational vehicle and want all our customers to be on the road as soon as possible.
Excellent company to deal with! Olivia is by far the greatest asset of this business in my opinion. She went above and beyond to get my deal completed and ensured that I had my travel trailer in time for our upcoming weekend getaway. I worked with several different companies over the last month and this company was far superior in customer service! I will tell everyone that I know who to use for their rv financing needs.

From start to finish this company was great to work with, our loan officer Brent *** was so easy to work with. We choose a boat on Monday, closed on our loan on Wednesday, and went and picked our boat up on Friday! We are so happy we choose My Financing USA!
