Christopher was our representative for processing our loan. He is professional, knowledgeable and made the procedure very easy, fast and stress free.
Olivia was my loan officer and I am so glad for that! She was attentive. helpful, knowledgeable and did I mention GREAT and Fabulous?! She was there every step of the way, even with my 1 million questions! She made it a good experience.
Just purchased a Class C/B RV and did our financing with RV Financing USA. Olivia ***, our agent, was incredible! I believe she went above and beyond was was expected of her. Olivia was professional, friendly and always available when needed. Phone calls were answered or returned within minutes. She made the process so much easier than we ever thought possible. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for RV financing.

Purchased an Rv through the loan process on 08/04/2017. Almost 60 days later I still have no vehicle registration. Have been told multiple times they have everything and paperwork will be mailed in a couple weeks. I will be making my 2nd payment shortly and still nothing. No where on this planet do I know of that it takes this long to get a vehicle registration. Your process needs revamped.
Hello Mr.,We understand how frustrated you must be and are working very hard to get your registration completed as quickly as possible. We have completed all of the necessary documents in order to complete transfer of ownership and sent your packet via UPS one day. The delay in getting your titlework to the designated office you requested was in large part due to our inability to reach them to confirm the fees and documents they would need to complete the transfer. We tried contacting this particular office numerous times through email and phone calls. They did finally get back in touch with me yesterday for the amount of fees it will be in order to transfer the title into your name. I just checked the tracking and it arrived at *** Service this morning at 10:00 AM. Here is your tracking number for reference:*** Also here is the number and the address for the tag agency it was delivered to:***

RV Financing USA will lie to you to get your business. I was quoted a low interest rate because of my excellent credit score. Also, even though I'm still working and NOT self employed was being requested for tax returns. I believe I was discrimated against because of my age and then told the rate would be much higher.
