Gorilla garage was supposed to apply and epoxy a floor covering to our garage as well as our screened in porch we paid a deposit of 1446.00 in September. we were looking to get the job done as quickly as possible ;however due to all the rain we were booked out until November .when the day came in November we hired a moving truck, moved all of our items out of the screen room and emptied the garage and someone called the day before to cancel because of rain . now it’s December 14 once again we hired a moving truck we moved all of her items out of the screen room and the garage which is quite inconvenient with holiday season. we called yesterday to make sure that they were in fact coming the weather looks like it might rain tomorrow but today is beautiful 54° and sunny . about a half an hour before they were supposed to arrive they called and canceled once again .at this point it’s cost me well over $500 in rental vans not to mention the time and effort it is taking to move all the furniture and tools. disappointed and I’m not going to go through this stress again .when I called and told them to cancel they reminded me that we have a contract and I was supposed to cancel within three days in order to get my money back ,but twice now I’ve held up to my end of the bargain and today there is no weather so You’re not excepting that as an excuse I’m tired of renting vehicles and moving things and this process is much too difficult I just want my money back .when I called they are very uncooperative. they offered to do it in the spring I’m not going to keep renting vehicles moving things around and have them canceling .it’s happened twice already and I’m not going to allow it to happen a third time I wanted this done in a timely fashion and now we’re going on for months I’m asking the sales person that spoke to me to call me back and he will not call me .he’s hiding behind his assistant and having her do all the work all I’m asking for is a refund.I would hope that they would put their reputation forward and just make me happy at this point- I’ve been in sales my whole life and would never want an unhappy client .

Scheduled a sales consult in June and they booked me for install late September. I didn't hear anything from the company until the night before the scheduled install when I had to call my sales rep just to get someone on the phone. They said the new scheduling person didn't know what she was doing and moved a bunch of people's appointments around without telling anyone and that my appointment could now be done in 2 weeks for an in-stock color, or 3 weeks for a custom color. I told them to just cancel the appointment and refund my deposit. It is now a month later, every phone call I make and every message I leave goes unanswered and not returned. They've basically stolen $400 from me. Avoid this company.

We worked with Gorilla Garage to install a new floor in our garage. They cancelled the date the garage was to be installed. When the person named Mike called to cancel, he was extremely rude and told us if we didn't like the fact that they had to reschedule we could cancel our order. My husband had already scheduled the day off work (he called on Saturday, July 7th and the floor was supposed to be installed on Monday, July 9th. We reluctantly rescheduled for later in July but Mike's behavior was so rude and uncalled for that we decided to look for other vendors. We have 2 other quotes and the quote received from Gorilla Garage was charging us hundreds more for a moisture barrier that the other companies said was not needed a a fraudulent upcharge. I called on July 24, 2018 and spoke to Maria and the COO and told them we did not want to do business with them because of Mike's horrible customer service. I was told they would process the refund of $1392 and I should receive in 48 hours. When I didn't have the refund, I called again on 7/26 and 7/30 and both times I was told the refund would be processed. My husband called on 8/2 and 8/6 and both times he was told they didn't know anything about the complaint or refund but it would be processed. Since that time I have called on 8/9, 8/11, 8/13 and left messages and no one had returned by phone calls. I do not want to do business with a company that treats me they way they do and lies repeatedly.

We received a call informing us the credit was processed yesterday but there is still no credit on our credit card.

The matter will be resolved when we receive the appropriate credit.

We hired the contractor to do our garage floor which was done the beginning of June 2018. Unfortunately there were some issues and the floor needs to have some parts redone. My husband and I have made several calls and several appointments were made only to be cancelled by the company. We understand weather issues but to be told they are running far behind with new customers is unacceptable. I feel as tho they got our money so now we are put on the back burner while they collect from new customers. They should take care of existing customers and remedy the issues. I

We are scheduled to do the service Monday 8/06/2018

They called me and we set an appointment for one week out so I could take off work. They day prior they tried calling me to confirm appointment. I was tied up at work and could respond until after 6 the day prior to the SCHEDULED meeting. They called me 10 minutes before our 930am scheduled meeting time and informed me they just got my message and they would not be coming to my house to complete the assessment. This is not a good way to run a company we had a SCHEULED appointment and they did not show and told me it was my fault because I could not return a phone call in time. They may do good work and have a fine product but I will never know and they will never see a penny of my money and I will tell everyone I know about their business practice's..

I would first of all like to apologies for any inconvenience that we caused this individual. As a company that does business in the tristate area we do are best to meet the needs of everyone. One of our business practices is to confirm appointments the day before appointments are scheduled. We do this for our customers and folks that are requesting an estimate to ensure the time is still convenient for them. In this case we had called the individual to confirm the appointment the day before; unfortunately he was stuck at work and was unable to return the call before we closed for the day.
The appointment was set for 9:00AM and by the time we received his message we had already reassigned are Factory Rep to another location. As in all business practices everything is not always perfect as in this case, we will review this and make some changes to hopefully prevent this from happening again. In closing I once again apologies to this individual and if he should change his mind would like to reset the appointment to meet his needs.

Our driveway turned out beautifully. We get compliments constantly.
Two of our neighbors have also scheduled their garage installs after seeing our driveway. The best part is that we receive a check because of the Referral Program that My Gorilla Garage offers.
As far as the company, everyone was polite and professional. The salesman was informative and did not make us feel pressured to buy. We appreciated that sales integrity.
