demands on her part you go buy any name brand units like Honda they will charge

Hi you guys order a go kart 150cc last year model I am upgrading you that to a hummer style 200cc it normally cost $extra I will not charge that amount I should get the tracking # today I will email you thanks

Like I have said before its not my fault they had the wrong information on the websiteI thought I was buy a 110cc dirt bike that was SEMI- autoElectric start.I have thrown all the packaging crates away due to the room they was taking upI emailed them asap went I thought something was wrong THEY said it was fineTHEY liedIts not the same I have a copy of all the emailes they sent meI think this is advertisement at its finestThey want to give me a cheap bike nowA 70cc kick start small bikeI just want what I paid for or I think I shouldnt have to pay for this oneI spend hours putting this thing togetherI have already put my oil, my gas, my spark plug

I spoke with *** on the phone yesterday on 4/10/2017 and she says she wasn't aware of the situation so I was transferred over to *** ***, the person I'm dealing with on hereWe spoke yesterday at 12:06PM regarding the situation and I was told if I sent my ID, Card number, and bank statement showing that I purchased the product, that they would be able to locate which system the purchase was done on and refund my orderHowever, I received no response after sending my information at a 12:30PM yesterdayI gave the situation hours and called again at 12:45PM today on 4/11/I was told *** ***, the person I talked to, wasn't in and to call back in an hourI called back at 1:35PMI was told he wasn't there and to call back in an hour or twoApparently he was getting supplies from a supplierSo I called again at 3:14PMThe woman on the phone sounded like she was getting annoyed that I'm calling so many times and I haven't been able to get in contact with *** *** over his email either. I need a more consistent way to contact the person handling this situationI've noticed when I call or email I have a lot of trouble getting people to reply back or tell me how the situation is going.Regards,*** ***
