Hi we have sent a brand new atv after we do our PDI customer can not ride the 250 clutch atv he simply wants a 150cc atv we do have return policy but customer have to have the shipping cost plus a restocking fee ... We can send them any parts that they need just email the parts that they need we can...

Hi if we have shipped the wrong dirt bike I am telling you sir to crate up the dirt bike that way you received it I can have it picked up it is that simple. Let me know once this is done thank you.

Your website was wrong. The description was wrong. I have the email where you admitted fault in having the wrong description. I have none of the packaging from the bike because I was told it was correct by YOU. I see you are not helping me resolve this. I guess we will let Revdex.com. Take care of it.

Hi I have told the customer many time even told him to take the bike to his local shop that I recommend and I can supply him with parts he need to ask us what parts he needs. He just can not say he cant get parts that is false we can supply with him parts all he have to do is just ask. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: Really !, [redacted] we already paid labor and shipping please look at attachments as it has the receipt.   [redacted]Revdex.com. Pleas help us we are going around and around with this person who keeps changing his story  We have paid him for his services and all we are asking is that he pay shipping charges to return the unfixed motor to him that he was to have fixed in the first place.  We have provided back up with the conversations with [redacted] and his promise of fixing the motor which came back to us in worst condition we are not asking much.  The warenty place for these engines said that [redacted] had to send them the engine to inspect so that they could send us a new one.  We should not have to pay again to do this as we already complied with there rules and they sent us the motor not fixed as promised.  It was not our fault that they did not fix it right.  PLEASE HELP US!!!

HI it is a brand new bike we test it and than ship it you even turned on and rode it many times it just some lines needs to be adjusted not a big deal. Any one who knows how to work on this can do this just let me know what part you need thank you.
