I paid full price of 549. My ordeal I thought I was buying a semi auto 110cc dirt bike. According to your specification page it should of. It was in fact an automatic. I didnt want a full automatic. I want him to learn to shift gears when riding. I have already explained thus numerous times. I have wasted more of my time trying to get this resolved. Your not helping me resolve anything. Sending it back is out of the question I have already gotten rid of the packaging. Your website was wrong. Its not my job to fix it. You was advertising something that wasnt true.

Hi, I've attached the invoice and receipt received from the company on this message.The item was an Apollo 250 dirt bike and the transaction ID is [redacted].

WWe need the 4 wheeler fixed. That's what we need. We don't feel like we should have to pay for it since we been having problems with it one week after the purchase. Us sending parts in is not working. Regards,[redacted]

Hi you are beating a dead horse here... We charge $99 for the smaller atvs we charge $149 for the bigger atvs and we charge $199 for the go kart for the dealer assembly there are many other shops in the dfw you are more than welcome to buy it there because they will charge you up to 5 different fees (We have their invoice from their customer what fees they charged them) plus their prices will be a lot higher than our prices so please shop with them thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: We've been sending in parts every since August and still not working. All they tell us is sending in the parts and they'll ship out new ones. Well we did that and only received one part back because they're out of stock. Also they're saying take it to the shop when we will still have to pay for the repair that hasn't been in good working order since the first week we received it in August.

I am rejecting this response because: the website does not show any additional fee disclosure until you actually click on the product. Then the disclosure reads "Small assembly fee applies". You have failed to disclose the amount if it's truely one flat rate. I called and was told $99 while my husband shows up and told $150. You should disclose the rate and not give different rates. Also, wheather its 99 or 150, which ever you feel like charging that day, that is not SMALL. You have a different idea of what small means than a customer. A customer is under the impression based off what you advertise then drives up there and surprised by the large fee. On top of that I called and spoke to your manager about this concern and he hung up on me. What kind of business practice is that? No other business would ignore a customer and treat them that way? Your company could care less about customer service and more concerned about making quick cash.

Hi we fixed the scooter that they damaged (broke the engine) they never took it to a shop and done all of the maintenance them self  it is fixed and ready to go right now.

Price difference? I paid for for an automatic where I should have gotten a semi automatic. I dont know why you are just running me around in circles. This needs to be taken care of today. We are in the third or fourth week with no resolutions,  you are just making excuses. What needs to happen is you either refund this bike and let me keep it because your website was wrong or you send me the bike that I ordered already put together and ready to go. I will use the packaging from the correct bike and you can have the wrong one picked up. Which is a 110cc semi automatic.

HI we have helped him every time he called us he got the bike turn on I told him he have to take it to a shop and let a professional mechanic help him turn on because he does not know how to turn on the bike here is the list of the Chinese atv...

After I sent the first email questioning if the bike was correct or not and was told that it WAS I got rid of the packaging. Now that the bike isnt correct I cant just send it back, I have no way to package it up plus I have already put it together and changed the oil and spark plug. So once again this isnt the bike that was avertised to be. 110cc semi auto.

Hi this customer is very abusive she bought a hawk 250 severely damaged the bike we tried to help her fixing the bike did not charge for shipping did not charge for the labor which was about $400 or so. She is saying something is coming out of her motor like metal flakes which we have no control...

over they abused the motor so much that this was bound to happend. So now we are stilling willing to help them just have to mail the motor back and pay for the labor which we did not charge them last time. Now she is very rude so we will force our terms and conditions in full thank you. Here is terms if you did not read it yet ! All of our units shipped new 100% inspected in a metal crate and customer must assemble it once they receive the unit... I am rejecting this response because: I never said you sold anything used. I said it didn't work one week after the purchase. I'm pretty sure you can see all the emails I've sent in dated back to Aug 14. I don't know what else to do or say but I'm going to keep my negative review up. Also you have no help for people who lives outside of your state. Just know you will not receive any more of my business nor will you get any referrals from me. My rating for your company is -5

HI again we can fix the motor pay for the parts we do not pay for the labor cost or the shipping customer must pay the shipping back and forth you already have a bill from last repair we done and shipping cost. Please advise when you going to pay the first bill that you never paid us ... thank you.
