I ordered a presser foot for my serger and only recieved an order confirmation, but did not receive my order They only have an old AOL email address and no phone number I have tried a few attempts at contacting them, but no answer Beware, they are not a good business to deal with

I ordered a part and still have to receive my orderI have tryed to contact the seller with no response from themI would like a refund but it's not looking goodI would not suggest anyone to order from this companyThey do not respond to any e-mails I did pay through *** but they are still waiting on a response from the seller

can not reach them this company is a fraud tell you the item is available then send you another email saying awaiting fulfillment please do not order with them when you call the number it is just a voice mail that answers

No stars what so ever! I place an order and the payment went through, but I have yet to receive my part! There is no way to get a hold of them and I am going to contact PayPal and see if they can help since that is the method by which I paid. I wish I would have researched them a bit more, if I had I would not have ordered from them.

I'm not completely sure this company has ever shipped any products. It's possible that they just take payments and anything not reversed (because it's too much trouble) is free cash to them. I placed an order online, immediately received an email confirmation that my order was "Awaiting fulfillment" and then nothing ever again. I contacted them via a [redacted] message and was ignored. I disputed the charge with [redacted], who, during their investigation, contacted them twice and both times they also were ignored so they reversed the charges as a default dispute judgement. Please avoid them at all cost.
