I ordered a looper for a serger July [redacted]. I emailed the company numerous times to get the status of my order. The website states my order is awaiting fulfillment. I just want a refund so I can order the part from another source.

Purchased a foot pedal from this seller. Within 6 months, it no longer worked. Numerous emails have gone unanswered.

I ordered a part and still have to receive my order. I have tryed to contact the seller with no response from them. I would like a refund but it's not looking good. I would not suggest anyone to order from this company. They do not respond to any e-mails. I did pay through [redacted] but they are still waiting on a response from the seller.

Review: I placed an order #[redacted] for a foot control pedal and my credit card was charged $152.41. I have sent multiple messages through their website and received no answer. Tried the phone # and did not get any answer. The website has said that my order is ' awaiting fulfillment", but nothing else. I think this company is a scam.Desired Settlement: I really want the foot pedal, but if they cannot deliver the order, I went my credit card refunded.

Review: I purchased a sewing machine part for my wife, part Sewing Machine Bobbin Winder 0077727000 - [redacted] on the [redacted] of Oct 2014 for $83.03 $79.99 for part and $3.04 for shipping. I have emailed the company twice from their website [redacted] with no response. The site lists no phone or address only email for contact form website. I would like a full refund of my money. I have also filed a dispute with [redacted] which is what I used to make a secure payment.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund of all my money and from reading others complaints of about the company I think they should be banned from doing bussiness on line.

The same day I replied please send a refund. since then I have sent several more email and made at least 4 more phone call at all hours from 6:00 AM tp Noon toDesired Settlement: I want my refund. In a trimly manor. such as today.

Review: Here is the email I sent them several time and they refused to respond.

Dear Sir/Madame,

There seems to some confusion with my recent order. I order an Elna Serger Presser Foot [redacted]. But did not receive it. I received something else.

I have attached a photo of the part I ordered. ( I know this is the part I need because on my old foot the "A B" switch has broken off.)

I see that the numbers on your parts baggie matches the number on web site but the part inside the baggie does not.

Please advise me of how to correct your error.Desired Settlement: Please send correct part. the one pictured on the web site.

Review: I placed on online order 3 weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately. The order has not been sent. I have called and messaged them almost daily with no response. My messages to them through their website for the past week has been requests to refund my credit card, which they have not done. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. They should not be able to take payment without having the product or the ability to ship the product. I found their [redacted] page, which has several similar complaints of poor service and returns not refunded.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card refunded and I want people to be warned about their exceptionally poor customer service.

On Friday, August **, 2014, I received a sewing machine light bulb packaged in an open end sleeve inside a plastic bag. The final packaging was a light weight bubble envelope. Obviously, the bulb was shattered on receipt. The company policy states: "you may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect of defective item, etc.)" I tried calling at ###-###-####. Went to voice mail box. No response. I tried emailing them at [redacted]. No response. I returned the bulb by first class mail on September *, 2014 at 9:27 A.M., according to their directions, in the time they directed, with a letter, and in the original packaging. No response. I emailed NYAG S[redacted] with copies of all documents. In the last couple of weeks, I received a letter from NYAG Eric T. S[redacted] stating there was nothing they could do because Sewing Machine Parts was unresponsive. This company owes me $11.56, and I want it immediately. I have all the documentation. This could have been a hundred dollar purchase. What allows this company to stay in business?Desired Settlement: I want a money order in my name for the $11.56 to cover the broken merchandise I received, and I want it immediately. I have been trying to get a refund since August 2014 and have done everything the company policy stated I must do as a customer. A company check is unacceptable. I am concerned that there would not be sufficient funds to cover a company check. Sewing Machine Parts has done nothing to indicate that it is a reliable, trustworthy business.

Review: I ordered a power cord for my vacuum cleaner from this company on January **, 2016. I saw after the fact that this company is notorious for not filling their orders and after a couple of days I politely asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. I received no response. I continued to contact them three or four more times, both through e-mail and on their website. I still didn't get any response. According to their site my order is still open. It has not been canceled, I have not received the item and I haven't received a refund. I contacted them a week ago and told them that if I didn't hear from them I would be filing a complaint with you. I don't think they really care since they have so many complaints against them already, but I figured I might as well try.Desired Settlement: I would really like a refund from this company to put the money toward a replacement from a more reputable company.

Review: On October [redacted], 2015, I placed an order with the website, [redacted], for (3) Items for my Husqvarna sewing machine. To date, I've received only (2) of those items. I'm still waiting for the - Sewing Machine Open Toe Free Motion Spring Presser Foot [redacted] - Husqvarna Viking for $49.99. I've tried sending them messages directly on their website (3) times, calling (4) times - leaving voice messages, and emailing the address [email protected], twice - NO RESPONSES from this company. The current status of my order #----- states "Partially Shipped" on their website, but no further information regarding when or if I'm going to receive the final item or not??? According to my bank the full amount for the order has already been withdrawn despite NOT receiving everything ordered. I previously ordered an item not long before this one and had no problems??? Since I've been unable to receive any sort of a response from this company I feel that I've been scammed. All that I ask is a refund for the part I've paid for, but have NOT received. I will NO longer be ordering from this company again.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I ordered parts from them & paid them thru [redacted]......that was 2wks ago. The only response I have had from them, is that they had my $ & thank you for my order & order is awaiting fulfillment. I have called them several times & emailed them & to date , to check on the status of my order......to date no response back from them and no product recd!!!! I am trying to get a refund for my money.......but they will not contact me or answer their phone or answer emails????? I feel they are a scam or a fraudulant/fake company.
