Review: I placed an order with this company approximately three weeks ago. They promptly charged my credit card, but have never shipped my item. I have sent multiple e-mails requesting information, and a shipping date, but have received absolutely no responses back. I also sent a request for a refund, and have not received it. All of these requests were made via e-mail, as there is no other contact information listed on their website. At this point I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card to be refunded for the full amount of the item and shipping.

Review: Having ordered from My Sewing Machine Parts twice in 2012 and having no issues, I didn't hesitate to order from them again on September [redacted], 2015.

However, this time they took my money and sent me an email telling me that that they received the order and I could check the status online. To date it still indicates: "Awaiting Fulfillment "Having received no further notifications I emailed them to check on the status. To date I have emailed them 3 times and have not been replied to. This made me nervous so I went to look for a number to call them and their number is no longer on the website! (BTW, I found their number here on your website, but only got voicemail.)

I then looked here and now my confidence in this company is entirely gone. I want my money back for the part, plus shipping. Grand Total: $26.73 USDDesired Settlement: Credit in the full amount charged of $26.73 to my [redacted] card.

Review: I ordered parts from them & paid them thru [redacted]......that was 2wks ago. The only response I have had from them, is that they had my $ & thank you for my order & order is awaiting fulfillment. I have called them several times & emailed them & to date , to check on the status of my order......to date no response back from them and no product recd!!!! I am trying to get a refund for my money.......but they will not contact me or answer their phone or answer emails????? I feel they are a scam or a fraudulant/fake company. I would not recommend ordering anything from them!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like the product sent to me........but at this point I just want my money returned!!!!

Review: I ordered a part for my sewing machine on September *, 2015. My credit card was charged immediately and I have not received my order. I have sent at least six emails over the past two weeks and there has been no response to any of them. I have called and it goes directly to voice mail. I left a message to return my call about a delivery date that also was not responded to. I emailed them to cancel my order and refund my money which has also been ignored.Desired Settlement: I need immediate delivery of this machine part or an immediate refund so I can order the part elsewhere.

I ordered a foot pedal for my Pfaff sewing machine. My order says awaiting fulfillment. No response has been received to my numerous requests asking the status of my order. Just want my money back in order to order it from another source.

Review: Purchased a Dirt Devil Vacuum Brush Model 2JI1055600 on Nov. ** on Order ID [redacted]. Never received. Phone calls not returned. Emails not responded to. Seeking item or refund.Desired Settlement: Receive Item or receive credit on [redacted] which I used to pay for the order.

Review: I ordered Sewing Machine Presser Shank Adaptor [redacted] - Husqvarna Serger on January [redacted], 2015.

The cost of this $21.79 USD went through my credit card on January [redacted], 2015.

On February [redacted], 2015, I received an email stating "The status of order #[redacted] is now Awaiting Shipment"

To date (Nov. [redacted], 2015) I have never received delivery.

I have tried to contact the company via email numerous times but have had no success. They simply don't respond.Desired Settlement: The company has an obligation to ensure this order is delivered to me. Otherwise, a refund should be in order.
