I ordered a foot pedal for my Pfaff sewing machine. My order says awaiting fulfillment. No response has been received to my numerous requests asking the status of my order. Just want my money back in order to order it from another source.

I ordered a presser foot for my serger and only recieved an order confirmation, but did not receive my order. They only have an old AOL email address and no phone number. I have tried a few attempts at contacting them, but no answer. Beware, they are not a good business to deal with.

believe that this company would have stolen my money and left my order fulfilled.  On December **, 2016, I have contacted [redacted] by phone and informed them that I have received my item.  The response I received from [redacted] was; "We have already refunded your money because of no response for the seller.  Therefore, per your request you will receive a check in the mail for the amount of $20.69 and close your [redacted] account.  Also, you will not be held liable for the return of any package/s received from the said company of this complaint and dispute".It is by the actions of the BBS and [redacted] taken against this company as charged and who by threat of legal action has decided to comply with my order.  That I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Thank you for this message. My complaint has not been resolved because the items I mistakenly ordered WERE sent to me after repeated attempts in my part to cancel the order and no communication whatsoever from the seller. As per the company's return policy, I returned the items and requested a refund for my purchases. I have received neither acknowledgement that the items were received (although the tracking number shows that they have been) or any communication from the seller. I have not yet received a refund for the items I returned.

Order just sits in "[redacted]" . they charge your card and don't send the product. will not respond to email or phone. appears this is a scam.

money, sent no product, made no response to inquiries and issued no refund of their own accord.  If it wasn't for the time and energy I invested to get a chargeback, I'd be out my money with no recourse.  This is substantially equal to theft in my book...Sincerely,[redacted]
