This matter has not been resolved yet, I have been calling these people daily and leaving messages regarding my refund and have heard nothing from themI am considering filing a small claims suit for recompense.*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: at the time of purchase I was never informed about a restocking fee in there is nothing stating a restocking fee on their web pages the only way I found out about the restocking fee is when I call to cancel the order and then I was informed that it was a 25% restocking fee but I would be charged a 10% restocking fee which was $and now they're telling me that you charge me percent restocking fee on $3,which brings that restocking charge up to $1,which is ridiculous so I do reject the offer

response because:Hi I purchased a part on 2/12/cancelled 2/15/ because it wasnt processed yet .I see the part was charged to my *** *** account I was given a refund number by your parts person *** ..Ive called numerous times *** supposedly accounting left messages gave days for refund .....I and my email address each time to your billing dept no response ..I guess at this time I will try through this message and or more phone call if I see no response I guess my next step will be the Revdex.com......i'm not sure if this refund number is legit or person who wrote order ***'s giving numbers off the top of his head *** was the number I was given ..please respnd to this message on this refund thank you *** ***i recieved on 3/25/a message from *** the person who wrote order supposedly a refund report the 1st piece of document that says he sent a report but once again no refund or response when refund was supposedly going to tak e place...Only people answer the phones and both say the same .You have to talk to accounting and switch you to a recording...3/26/i emailed direct to account address no response...4/19/i sent another email again and also no response checked charge company still no refund

this response because: The resolution for this problem does not take a full billing cycle to resolve Please return my funds to my card immediately, it doesn't take a full billing cycle to accept payment and it doesn't take that long to return it There still is has been no verification of receipt of cancellation and or refund of my full amount of $To state that you had to resubmit to be sure of submission, indicates that there is no tracking of my refundThe excuse of waiting a full billing cycle has nothing to do with the return of my funds to my card I've received verification from other companies within days when funds were taken from my card. I apologize for any inconvenience, we are located in California and shipping to Montana in 2-days would require "F2nd day air or F3-day select" Both have a significantly different price and would have to be charged at the time of the orderIt appears you paid for ground shipping 7-

this response because: What is a billing cycle? Why does no one in accounting ever answer their phone? Why does no one in accounting ever respond to voicemail they ask you to leave? There are over complaints on line about this company billing customers for parts they don't have in stock, or claiming the part was defective when they tested itor sending the wrong part and refusing to pay to ship it back, and making promises of refunds and never to be heard from again, and on and on. I would like a date as to when they intend to process my refund. The accounting office says they process refunds on a weekly basis; it's been two weeks already

response because: They have been saying this for over a week, and no one will contact me in accounting, I left my email address and phone number several times, and know contacts me All I want is my money back THEY Took My MONEY AND NEVER SENT THE TRANSMISSION I just want my money I think they are scam artist and liarsI have that number
