I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
however I request that Bavarian Auto provide me an email response regarding refund completion.

I apologize for any misunderstanding, I looked in to your history and it appears we could not locate the correct grill for your application. We processed a refund on 3/11/2015 8:21:18 PMfor $53.22 ($45.00 for the grill and $8.22 for partial shipping) I do see you sent the incorrect grill back,...

however you have been refunded for it. We also shipped out a replacement "Radiator Over Flow Tank" on 10-9-15 1:43:41 PM, 4-months after the warranty had expired at no charge. We did this for your inconvenience with the "Center Grill"  Thank you,

this response because:  this has been the same message I have received via your accounting message for the past 2 months or in your terms, 2 billing cycles.  I want an immediate refund, it is unacceptable that you can take the money out of my account in less than 24 hours and I have to wait over 2 months, not alone all the time I have spent contacting you, to get a refund!

I apologize for any inconvenience,I looked into your order and it has been submitted to our accounting department for a refund.  ([redacted]) Depending on your credit card company, this could take a full billing cycle. I also re-submitted it to the accounting department to speed things up.Thank You

I ordered a part through Bavarian Auto Recycling. I did get the wrong part. I ordered on 5/19/15, when the part arrived, it was the wrong part. I requested a refund and I was told to leave a message at the accounting dep ext. [redacted] with my RM number. I have left several messages and voice mails with no one EVER retuned my calls or emails. I have talked to Ty at costumer service ext. [redacted] and he has been irrational and rude most of the time. It has been almost two months and no refund has ever been made, no one U.S. Acknowledge my calls or emails. No response what so ever. I would like to get to speak with someone that can assure me I will get my refund or not.I want my money back. Nothing else. I will not do business with this company no more ever.

this response because:     They're recommending that I contact their accounting department via e-mail.  I have e-mailed such "department" several times. They have my phone number AND my e-mail address and, they have NEVER made any attempt to respond to my messages.  I know the RMS number.  I always provide it to them when I leave messages.  They say they check all messages on a weekly basis. Well, It's been three months and, they haven't taken ANY action.All they need to do is process my refund TODAY, that's ALL they need to do.  There is no need for apologies, suggestions, recommendations or excuses!!!  Just refund my money today!

because:  I have not received any type of credit on my account to this effect since its now going on over 6 months.  I will be filing another complaint in 30 days if credit is not issued to my account.Thank you for your help in hopefully "speeding" this process up for me.  I will be in touch if I don't receive a credit.

I am rejecting this response because: I I still have had no resolution to my issue. I still have no refund or any contact from their accounting dept. They have my e-mail address. I left it for them 3 times.

Accepted response from Bavarian Auto Recycling when they stated they would finally respond to the refund due to me since March 2015 with the understanding it may take up to one fully billing cycle. Have checked for the credit regularly since 07/31/2015 through August and now into September (more than one full billing cycle) and there is still no refund. This has been going on since March 2015, going on six months of very poor customer service, dishonest business practices, lack of responsiveness and failure to deliver promised goods, services and refunds. Original claim information is shown here:On March 31, 2015, I called and spoke to [redacted]. I ordered and paid for a head with valves for a 2007 [redacted]. I was told it would ship within California by the end of the week or early the following week directly to Los Gatos and [redacted]. I followed up on April 02, 09, 14, 15, 16 twice, 23 twice, and April 24, 2015 when the part finally arrived. In each call I was told that they had problems with their courier, they broke down, it was already delivered, they switched couriers, etc. Meanwhile the shop expecting the part had to delay their schedule. For the inconvenience, delays and poor customer service, I was told by [redacted] they would include two light grey front visors and a total credit of $300.00Since then I have been provided with [redacted] and [redacted] dating back to May 01, 2015, with no credit issued yet. Each time I call (May 1, May 15, June 19, July 24, July 28 and July 30, 2015) I've been told its up to accounting and there is nothing they can do. I've left my name, email and R#'s with accounting at x636 multiple times and have received no refund or communication.I will not settle for anything less than the $300.00 refund owed to me and will not agree to close the claim until the credit has appeared on my statement.

I am rejecting this response because: I am waiting for my money for over a month and even though I called your company multiple times I did not receive any...

communication whatsoever and based on this short history with your company your apologies and your promises mean nothing to me.  Your company cancelled the order and it should be your company returning my money to me within a reasonable time (7days?) without me chasing people.  I don't want to hear about you contacting people as I continue to wait - I request that you return my money within the next three days.[redacted]
