I am rejecting this response because: the refund has been sent to accounting six or seven times I have called them myself and never been able to talk to a live person I even left the refund code on the accounting voicemail I have also left a message with owner, all this effort for just $ Please just get it refunded

On July 19, a transaction of $was made to purchase a Recycled Automatic Transmission for a BMW CITwo damaged transmission did not pass quality control and they granted me a refund RMA So I (*** ***) was transferred to an Automated System to honor refund of

I am rejecting this response because:1) There was no "confusion" regarding the 2-day shipping on my part, and the condescending attitude of whomever sent this reply, only serves to solidify Bavarian's status as a class-lacking "business" I was never given an option of shipping times, and if this person had done their homework, they would've known that from the recorded phone conversation2) The bogus charge still has not been credited back to my account, and their accounting department has yet to contact me regarding this, "via e-mail", as their outgoing message states
