the use of my car for just a few days short of 2 months.  When I asked the representative at extension 612 for my part, he just laughed.   Bavarian Auto Recycling really ought to retrain their employees and do a complete overhaul of their current system of finding and delivering parts. Stop making excuses for non-delivery and tell the truth !I will let you know if the part actually arrives.  Only then should the account be closed. Regards[redacted]

Bavarian Auto Recycling Inc in California. Unfortunately I have failed to respond as I have been in contact with Bavarian Auto since their last respond on Revdex.com. They have been telling me the same thing over and over again, and they also mention to get back to me once they contact their supervisor and they never did. The engine was picked up from my mechanic shop on August 27th. I have pasted some information may be needed, if there is anything I can do to make the process go smooth please let me know. Thank you. [redacted]

Here at Bavarian Auto Recycling inc we thoroughly test every product before it is shipped and this includes the 1995 BMW 840 engine which was sent to Mr. [redacted].  After speaking with the mechanic I learned that he did not do a compression test, just a cold leakdown test.  Per BMW(and just...

about every other automobile manufacturer) leakdown tests are to be performed when the engine is warm which is exactly how we do it in our quality control department.  You cannot expect an engine to produce test results within BMW specifications if it is not tested by BMW specified procedures.  Water in the spark plug holes is a common result of our cleaning process and does not harm the engine at all.  Simply blow the water out with compressed air and install the engine as normal.  For over 20 years Bavarian Auto Recycling inc has made customer satisfaction it’s number one priority.  That is why if you are not happy with a product you are welcome to send it back for a refund.  During a phone call on 7/27/15 the mechanic expressed that he was in the process of shipping the engine back.  When it is received a refund for the price of the part and sales tax will refunded to your credit card.Thank You,

I am rejecting this response because: it is already two billing cycles...you can't talk to anyone in their accounting department...I work administrative accounting...I can credit a credit card immediately...these clowns are consummate liars and frankly criminal thieves

I am rejecting this response because: Despite this company's claim, no refund has been submitted.  My bank provides same-day access to any deposited funds.  It is apparent that this company has not issued a refund and their malarkey about billing cycles is nothing but a stall tactic.  If the Revdex.com has no enforcement authority, maybe the court does.

I am rejecting this response because: This is the same thing I was told before and nothing happened. I feel they are just feeding me a line to buy more time. How long is a billing cycle?? They don't tell you, so I still have no clue when to expect these funds.  To me 470$ is a lot of money to not have for over 2 months. I just don't see why all the difficulty and delay.  I would love a response with some sort of date instead of.."may take a billing cycle". Just want the funds returned to the card they came from.

rejecting this response because: I have been told by them numerous times that the money will be placed in my account and it never arrives.  To date the money has still not been received. I was told refunds were issued on Friday's and today is Tuesday and I still do not have any money in my account.

I refuted the charge for $203 with my credit card company.  I would still like to buy the original item at a significant discount on the original price.And I would like Bavarian to provide a way for me to return the item they incorrectly shipped to me.Thanks, [redacted]
