I am rejecting this response because:I see that you have sent me proof on your end that two refunds were issued. May I now have proof that you have cancelled my account (I want to know that you've removed my credit card information)? On August 8th you said that you issued a refund, but on my attachment in the email you sent me, the refund issue date is the 9th. Further, you state that you canceled my subscription on August 1st, when I asked for the account to be canceled the beginning of July. Again, I will consider this issue resolved when you give me proof that you've canceled my account, because unfortunately I am unable to trust a company that hasn't been honest and tries to satisfy customer requests only when they are handed over to Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because:I would love to contact the company directly but when I send requests to cancel, the company responds with a link to a youtube video of puppies. I need confirmation that my account was cancelled. Give me a name and phone number, something else besides an unattended email address (hint: put appropriate contact information on your website, be transparent, etc).

Cancel my account.Thank you,[redacted] Sent on September 1st through Facebook messenger: I have been trying to email you. I asked on Monday for you to pause my account. Then the website shows you are sending me something. So I email again and it bounes back. I have tried to contact you four times, one in reply to the email congradulating me that you are sending me more stuff. This is ridiculous. because: No where on the web sight that I was on or both emails that was sent did it say that there would be a fee. It said free shipping. You could have went in and changed the details. I sent this company a copy of the email I received that had no disclosure of the fees. It said for free shipping use NADINE as the code for the free shipping and the free 20.00 it had nothing stating that it had to be used in 2 orders. I want my 9.78 fee back I have not received the package yet as soon as it comes in I will take it right back to the post office and send it back to you. I dont want it I dont want anything else to do with you.

Hi [redacted],  We have already refunded you for the missing bottoms even we didn't receive it back.   Also, the 9.78 for the second shipment has already been refunded as well. Please just send the second shipment back to us.  Again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Have a great day.

I am rejecting this response because:
I asked for proof that my account was canceled, not a string of emails from me only stating that I want to cancel my account. I want to see that my account is canceled. I know that I requested my account be canceled many many times, that is not proof that you actually did it, send me proof you cancelled my account and refund the money you took out of my account.

Hi [redacted], We have already cancelled your account as requested. However, your shipment did arrive after charge date.  - This has been refunded last May 2 as wee and you should see it in a few days.  So sorry for the inconvenience.

She has already been refunded for. She should not be refunded for it because she sent it late: [redacted] Please see attachments.

Here is the refund receipt issued to her. Her account has already been cancelled. Please see attached.

Please see FAQs: https://www.nadinewest.com/#faq. It's clearly stated here that there will be a $9.78 fee. The discount she got is for $20 which was applied to her first shipment and half of it will supposedly be applied to her 2nd shipment.

nerve of  customer service representative who wrote this response. I wouldn’t of been charged $79 in the first place if they would’ve canceled my account November 3, 2017. I should’ve never been sent more packages. That is Nading West’s fault Not mine I canceled my account just like I was supposed to I emailed just like you say to do on your page with no response.I feel like the only reason i’m getting a response now because I contacted the Revdex.com.None of these things would’ve been set in motion if my account would’ve been canceled on time and when I sent that first email. I wouldn’t of been charge for the clothes and I would’ve got an overdraft fee for that charge for the clothes because I never would’ve gotten the clothes. Do you understand what I’m trying to say? I’m not trying to be rude but it’s frustrating to say that I shouldn’t even deserve a refund? It’s ridiculous they’re not even admitting fault or negligence or lack of ANY customer service! I have yet to receive a refund I know I got an email after I got an email response from the Revdex.com saying that I had a message. But I checked my bank account and I have yet to receive a refund I know sometimes it takes a while for the bank to process it but it’s not even showing in my bank account. And I think I should be refunded the $35 overdraft fee . They should make the situation right fully. I should’ve never been sent the packages with the clothes after the third and I was still sent packages and charged when I shouldn’t have been. I feel like I’m repeating myself.  To summit up Nadine West should also pay the $35 because the $79that they should’ve never charged me for I didn’t have at the time and I knew I wouldn’t have it that’s why I canceled my account on the third of November. But they were on top your emails they didn’t cancel my account and I got charged $79  anyways which resulted in a $35 overdraft fee if I can add more attachments I’d show you the text messages through Facebook that I have in from them admitting they are wrong in the situation I would also send you proof that the bank charged me $35 for an overdraft fee if there’s a way I can do that let me know because I want you to have the proof that they’re in the wrong. Thank you for your time.
