It seemingly impossible to connect to Nano Hearing Aids C/S via phoneI tried to call at various times through out the day but the phone connection to customer service was always busy and hold times are way too longI need to return Nano CIC which I purchased for $I even contacted Nano via messenger (as they recommend if C/S is busy) but only got excusesI definitely believe that they have an understaffed customer service department

I recommend not purchasing these sound amplifiers unless you like a lot of frustrationWhen I ordered my Nano model X and paid the $497.00, they were out of stock for about a month, but said they would send me a pair of the style CIC, in the ear amplifiers at no cost to use until the stock was inUnfortunately, one month was stretched to a couple of weeks longerWhen I receive the CIC sound amplifier, the left one did not work at allThe Nano representative was very nice and said he would send me a pair of the Nano RX at no cost to use until the model X came in and even said I didn't have to return themWhen IO received the model RX I found out that it is a terrible hearing amplifierThe volume doesn't work and it's so high that my ears hurt when a dog barked feet away, someone shut a door near me and on the freeway, the road noise was so loud I could not hear the radioWhen I finally received my Nano X on October 2018, I was very excited and immediately reviewed all the enclosed information and instructions and put the batteries in to try themSadly, the left one did not work at allThe right one worked and I loved the range of volume adjustment and the feel Unfortunately, after less than minutes the left one only worked intermittentlyWhen I called and spoke to a customer service rep she was very apologetic, and proceeded to tell me they were, once again, out of stock and could not ship a new, replacement, until November 16thAnother two and a half weeks to wait and hope that the pair I get this time actually worksThe customer service reps are very nice, friendly and helpful, but if the product doesn't work as advertised or at allIt's a waste of money and very frustratingI'm hoping that when I get my new pair of Nano X, they work as advertised and that I can repost positive feedback for the product quality [redacted] ***

This company is not business minded - not responding to my requests, etcThough I have called times about my order placed on 11/26/2018, I have danced around with the customer service people getting the WRONG answers, until todayI have not yet received my sets of hearing aids, but was billed IN FULL by quadpay on ONE American Express statementIt seems that the inventory was nil, and I have been told times that it would ship in two weeks Dominique told me the same thing today She also said the place was changed for their drop ship, and that my hearing aids were not sent because the new location did not have my order So, in effect, any new orders bypassed my backorder not niceMy down payment is there, and I will pay for the hearing aids in full when they get here Nano, you have one week! ORDER #

I cancelled an order next day after placing it and received a prompt refundThis took over minutes on holdSeveral weeks later I received the order anywayContacted them again with a long wait time on holdWhen I finally reached them, told them I tried the device and now need to return themThey offered a new model, rechargeable CIC unit that I could be one of the first to tryI agreed and paid for the new setThe new set arrived in about daysBy the way, it is now several weeks later and this device is still not shown for order on-lineThis set also does not work for meI want to return both setsI have tried to reach customer service twiceOne time when they were supposed to be open, recording said they were closed, leave info, they will call backNo call backLater that evening left message on their website to call meSo far no responseNext tried calling again and was on hold minutesI really want to return these and get my money backIf I do not hear back within two days by writing this, I will be sending a a registered letter requiring their signature to get their attention and hopefully resolve thisMaybe the Revdex.com can reach them when I can't

Ordered and paid Nano $on by credit card I received the aids Nano salesman did not send what I orderedNo batteries came eitherI bought some at [redacted] for $ I returned the aids within daysAfter notifying my credit card coof the return, I asked them to hold off on my bill by $Called a Nano Rep today and was informed that they will send me notification by e-mail and to business days later, I will receive a refundWhile I'm waiting, my credit card company is charging me $late fees and interest because they carried the charge over to my next credit card statement due [redacted]

They do not respond to help with problemsSent emails to both parties and yet have heard any response When you send an email you get a stupid responsebut it never addresses the issueI fully intend to return the aidsAfter reading all the problems people have getting in touch with them it is a little scary that they ignore so the days are used up Going to file a complaint with government officials

I was very excited to get the "in the ear" hearing aidI've used over the ear and hear quite a bit of residual noise, not to mention I wear glasses so it's not very comfortableUnfortunately, my excitement was tainted because the Nano was too big for my ear canal and kept slipping outI really loved how much better I could hear with it thoughWhen I called about it, I was sent an over the ear aid for no additional cost, which was quite nice for the company to doIt is much more comfortable, but I can't adjust the volume so it doesn't feel like it helpsI was also informed a new one was coming out in December and to check for thatI did and it appeared smaller in the pictureI ran into great difficulty trying to get in touch with customer service to return the first one- (the same problem I read that many others had---couldn't get through, was on hold for a long time and then no answer)Very Frustrating-even was able to leave a message once, but no one called backI ordered the newer one, unfortunately to find it was very close in size to the first oneI don't understand why you don't make a smaller one since many complaints have been the aid not fitting in someone's earAnyhow, I'm going to try the newest one I have since I need to keep it for days anyway, but feel that'll have to go back too, only because of the size of my ear canalsSo please make a smaller one for those of us with smaller earsI've been looking for a less expensive hearing aid and thought Nano was it--now I just need one that fits

I purchased a set of hearing aids from NANO in the amount of $They stated they would refund the money if I returned them within days as indicated in their web pageBecause they did not fit properly, I contacted the company and their representative confirmed that it was in their grace period and that I could return them and advise them of the tracking numberThis I did on March 12thTracking advised that they received them March After about a week I did not receive a refund Since them I have made numerous calls requesting that they contact meIn addition, I have tried to contact them through their web page and have not received a call back or email

Nano has a different phone number on there brochure for returns which is a different Hearing aid company and when you call them they refer you to a different number that is not even connectedSo I called the sales office because I want to return my hearing aid I bought from them because they don't work very well at all after I had them for days they have return policy and they wanted to know why I wanted to return them and keep insisting that there was nothing wrong with them till I called my credit card company and they called them and I finally got a RA number to return them and then I mailed them back today and sent them the tracking number so I will see if I get my money back when there returned by this Thursday

After multiple attempts to call, I am not pleased with their lack of customer service I want to return my product but cannot get them on the phone I don’t have time to wait for a return number This is a ridiculous requirement to return something

I ordered a pair of Hearing Amplifiers from Nano Hearing Aids, on 4-7-for $ I received a package on 4-25-18.In the package was a box of batteries no hearing aid I have called only to get a recorded message I left a message regarding the problem no response I have emailed them with the problem no response On April they sent me a message through messenger They included a screen shot and asked if this was the package the batteries cam in I reply yes, they said they would correct it I have sent them many messages to please contact me regarding this with no response

This little company is a breath of fresh air in the Internet marketing maelstromI was at first attracted by their ad on Facebook and looked at the website but did not expect much more than a toy for that kind of priceHaving just been examined at a national chain and having tested their $6,Over the Ear model I just decided to take a shotIt was only a couple of hundred bucks and the returns seemed reasonableWhy not? I got the CIC aids and they worked far better than expected but simply did not fitMy ear canal was too small and too shallow to allow them to sit comfortablyI assumed I was out the money but called Customer Service anywayLo and behold THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFERED to send me two new Over the Ear units - I did not have to ask (or beg)Being a cranky old man - I immediately demanded to know what the deal was and found there was no deal - they were seriousI got the OTE units in days and LOVED themRight out of the box they were on a par with the $6,unitsTwo weeks later, one stopped working - they are sending a replacementBuy this product now - with Customer Service like this, the price is bound to go up quickly!
