I ordered the Nano-CIC-Both Red and Blue Hearing Amplifiers per advertisement on the internet buy one get one free $ When I received the package from Nano, there was a box of batteries enclosed but not any hearing amplifiersThe enclosed packing slip with order summary indicated that the amplifiers were shipped when in fact only a box of batteries for the amplifiers were shipped I sent a certified letter along with backup attachments to Nano's manager, MrC***, with the box of batteries enclosed I did not need batteries when I had not received the amplifiersThis order is the most frustrating and upsetting one I have ever dealt with.Therefore, I am requesting a refund of my moneyThe manager's technology person (Sheryl) responded by email apologizing for the delay in response to my correspondence and stated the amplifiers had been delivered alreadyI have only received one package from Nano and that was hearing aid batteriesIt appears that whoever packed the batteri

I was very excited to get the "in the ear" hearing aidI've used over the ear and hear quite a bit of residual noise, not to mention I wear glasses so it's not very comfortableUnfortunately, my excitement was tainted because the Nano was too big for my ear canal and kept slipping outI really loved how much better I could hear with it thoughWhen I called about it, I was sent an over the ear aid for no additional cost, which was quite nice for the company to doIt is much more comfortable, but I can't adjust the volume so it doesn't feel like it helpsI was also informed a new one was coming out in December and to check for thatI did and it appeared smaller in the pictureI ran into great difficulty trying to get in touch with customer service to return the first one- (the same problem I read that many others had---couldn't get through, was on hold for a long time and then no answer)Very Frustrating-even was able to leave a message once, but no one called backI ordered the newer one, unfortunately to find it was very close in size to the first oneI don't understand why you don't make a smaller one since many complaints have been the aid not fitting in someone's earAnyhow, I'm going to try the newest one I have since I need to keep it for days anyway, but feel that'll have to go back too, only because of the size of my ear canalsSo please make a smaller one for those of us with smaller earsI've been looking for a less expensive hearing aid and thought Nano was it--now I just need one that fits

I am wanting to return the product because they were defective and the ones they replaced
it with are also defective I have written e-mails for a return policy & a RMA# & return address and it's like they are ignoring me Every time I call the customer service # it is mins or more wait time I am disgusted!!!!
They wasted no time charging my credit card, but now it's like I don't exist!!

They hurt my ears and they can only be turned down with a screw driver so unless you Cary it with you if you go into a restaurant or mall and kids are screaming it kills your ears! I tried to call the company to ask the protocol to return them and get my money back and sat on hold for minutes and then they hung up on meWhen I called back they 3rd time I held for another minutes then a message came on saying their closed and leave a message and they will contact you back!

Nano has helped me bring my life back! I was diagnosed with hearing loss after years of working with high pitched machinesI gave these a tryI was kind of hesitant at first because of the price, ordered two sets of the in-canal typesHad trouble with adjusting the sound level, so I asked if I could try the behind the ear setWhat surprised me is that they sent them to me at NO CHARGE! It was so unbelievableBeen using their RXfor a couple months nowI am so happy I decided to do business with this company with awesome customer service! I highly recommend them

It seemingly impossible to connect to Nano Hearing Aids C/S via phoneI tried to call at various times through out the day but the phone connection to customer service was always busy and hold times are way too longI need to return Nano CIC which I purchased for $I even contacted Nano via messenger (as they recommend if C/S is busy) but only got excusesI definitely believe that they have an understaffed
customer service department
