I still have not received my orderI tried contacting CS but I sat on hold for too long

I purchased a set of hearing aids from NANO in the amount of $They stated they would refund the money if I returned them within days as indicated in their web pageBecause they did not fit properly, I contacted the company and their representative confirmed that it was in their grace period and that I could return them and advise them of the tracking numberThis I did on March 12thTracking advised that they received them March After about a week I did not receive a refund Since them I have made numerous calls requesting that they contact meIn addition, I have tried to contact them through their web page and have not received a call back or email

I ahve been trying to get a return merchandise authorization for over two weeksThe squeal is extremely loud and if there's a volume adjustment, it doesn't work for me! Also ordered the year woth of batteries, which arrived yesterdayI simply want to have my money refundedFor both itemsI sincerely wish I'd checked the Revdex.com score before ordering

Ordered and paid Nano $on by credit card I received the aids Nano salesman did not send what I orderedNo batteries came eitherI bought some at *** for $ I returned the aids within daysAfter notifying my credit card coof the return, I asked them to hold off on my bill by $Called a Nano Rep today and was informed that they will send me notification by e-mail and to business days later, I will receive a refundWhile I'm waiting, my credit card company is charging me $late fees and interest because they carried the charge over to my next credit card statement due ** ***

Never received a refund as stated in the return policy ! Never buy from them again !!!

This little company is a breath of fresh air in the Internet marketing maelstromI was at first attracted by their ad on Facebook and looked at the website but did not expect much more than a toy for that kind of priceHaving just been examined at a national chain and having tested their $6,Over the Ear model I just decided to take a shotIt was only a couple of hundred bucks and the returns seemed reasonableWhy not? I got the CIC aids and they worked far better than expected but simply did not fitMy ear canal was too small and too shallow to allow them to sit comfortablyI assumed I was out the money but called Customer Service anywayLo and behold THE REPRESENTATIVE OFFERED to send me two new Over the Ear units - I did not have to ask (or beg)Being a cranky old man - I immediately demanded to know what the deal was and found there was no deal - they were seriousI got the OTE units in days and LOVED themRight out of the box they were on a par with the $6,unitsTwo weeks later, one stopped working - they are sending a replacementBuy this product now - with Customer Service like this, the price is bound to go up quickly!

After placing an order for Nano Hearing Aids on November 26, I have yet to receive the productNumerous emails (about 14) have gone back and forthThey oversold their product and offered a free year warranty because of the delayUltimately they sent an email on December 21, stating that they will be shipping the product next weekWell here we are, January 9, and still nothingNo offer of a refund has been received and at this point I want a full refundI have attempted calling them and placed on hold for over minutes and customer service never answeredSeeing as nobody answers the phone I cannot even request a refundDishonest company and in my opinion screams scamThey should be put on notice for advertising and salesOrder #

Hi My name is Belsy *** I have tried to reach Nano by phone at least timesI have waited up to 35- minutes on holdNo response for the email eitherI have been calling since 1/22/ The hearing aids do not fitIt was for my motherI called and returned it within a month on 12/24/by USPS certified mail with tracking to the given address with the RMA-AWI checked my account, no credit yetI CANNOT reach them by phone to get an updateI will try again todayHorrible customer service

I cancelled an order next day after placing it and received a prompt refundThis took over minutes on holdSeveral weeks later I received the order anywayContacted them again with a long wait time on holdWhen I finally reached them, told them I tried the device and now need to return themThey offered a new model, rechargeable CIC unit that I could be one of the first to tryI agreed and paid for the new setThe new set arrived in about daysBy the way, it is now several weeks later and this device is still not shown for order on-lineThis set also does not work for meI want to return both setsI have tried to reach customer service twiceOne time when they were supposed to be open, recording said they were closed, leave info, they will call backNo call backLater that evening left message on their website to call meSo far no responseNext tried calling again and was on hold minutesI really want to return these and get my money backIf I do not hear back within two days by writing this, I will be sending a a registered letter requiring their signature to get their attention and hopefully resolve thisMaybe the Revdex.com can reach them when I can't

Nano has helped me bring my life back! I was diagnosed with hearing loss after years of working with high pitched machinesI gave these a tryI was kind of hesitant at first because of the price, ordered two sets of the in-canal typesHad trouble with adjusting the sound level, so I asked if I could try the behind the ear setWhat surprised me is that they sent them to me at NO CHARGE! It was so unbelievableBeen using their RXfor a couple months nowI am so happy I decided to do business with this company with awesome customer service! I highly recommend them

I recommend not purchasing these sound amplifiers unless you like a lot of frustrationWhen I ordered my Nano model X and paid the $497.00, they were out of stock for about a month, but said they would send me a pair of the style CIC, in the ear amplifiers at no cost to use until the stock was inUnfortunately, one month was stretched to a couple of weeks longerWhen I receive the CIC sound amplifier, the left one did not work at allThe Nano representative was very nice and said he would send me a pair of the Nano RX at no cost to use until the model X came in and even said I didn't have to return themWhen IO received the model RX I found out that it is a terrible hearing amplifierThe volume doesn't work and it's so high that my ears hurt when a dog barked feet away, someone shut a door near me and on the freeway, the road noise was so loud I could not hear the radioWhen I finally received my Nano X on October 2018, I was very excited and immediately reviewed all the enclosed information and instructions and put the batteries in to try themSadly, the left one did not work at allThe right one worked and I loved the range of volume adjustment and the feel Unfortunately, after less than minutes the left one only worked intermittentlyWhen I called and spoke to a customer service rep she was very apologetic, and proceeded to tell me they were, once again, out of stock and could not ship a new, replacement, until November 16thAnother two and a half weeks to wait and hope that the pair I get this time actually worksThe customer service reps are very nice, friendly and helpful, but if the product doesn't work as advertised or at allIt's a waste of money and very frustratingI'm hoping that when I get my new pair of Nano X, they work as advertised and that I can repost positive feedback for the product quality*** ***

I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED (OR RATHER, HAVE NOT RECEIVED) FROM NANO
Here's the saga:
I ordered two Nano hearing aids and service contracts on both aids, for a total cost of $They arrived on 10/02/I tried the aids for the required period time (days) and was not satisfiedI notified Nano on Decof my dissatisfaction and received an email notice from Nano the same day saying that my money had been refunded and that I should consult the customer service desk and get an AMS # and an address to which to return the aidsI thought that was great! No, I didn't check my debit card account to make sure that the refund had actually been made and had been, in fact, credited to my account (Mistake #1)Per instructions from Nano, I got an RMA # (by waiting for hours to speak to someone at the help number), and an address in Hayden, Idaho, to which I returned the aids via USPS Certified Mail, Tracking # *** *** *** *** That was on 12/20/I received the signed green Certified Mail card, duly signed by an M.L*** and dated 12/26/
Thinking everything was okay (Mistake #2), I checked my bank account, only to find that the $had never been refunded and was not in my account! (I have a paper trail that documents every claim I'm making here, if such a tack becomes necessary.)
Long story short, I have been back and forth with the "Nano Team" many, many timesEach time, they have requested a new piece of information, which I have provided immediatelyThis has been going on for weeks, and I still have received no satisfaction (much less my refund)If I don't receive a satisfactory resolution to this situation by Jan9, I am prepared to file my grievance with whatever institution at whatever level via whatever means until I have received my refund

They hurt my ears and they can only be turned down with a screw driver so unless you Cary it with you if you go into a restaurant or mall and kids are screaming it kills your ears! I tried to call the company to ask the protocol to return them and get my money back and sat on hold for minutes and then they hung up on meWhen I called back they 3rd time I held for another minutes then a message came on saying their closed and leave a message and they will contact you back!

products are great, and the customer service was off the chartsI would give them a 10!!
