The billing notices Ms*** is receiving are not originating from our system. We’ve checked all of our subscription databases and are unable to locate an order for *** *** Also, without the aid of supporting documents from the Customer we are unable to confirm if any of our
titles have been sold to her by an unauthorized third party subscription sales agent who may be taking in orders, billing the customer and not forwarding the actual orders on to publishers. While it is common for magazine publishers to work with many reputable subscription sales agents that sell magazine through school programs, catalogs, etcwe have unfortunately heard of several complaints recently about magazine scams. And, it appears that Ms*** has fallen victim to one of these scams. But again, without any supporting documents we are unable to determine if any of our magazine have been sold to her without our authorization Thank you, *** ***

I received the refund, but their so-called apology was inaccurate and deceptive I am not satisfied with their response, but I do not expect them to suddenly become honest and say that their intent is to defraud their customers and blame another entity

*** ***---Dear Ms ***, I apologize for not being able to respond within the Revdex.com's day timeline I had to leave town suddenly due to my sister being newly diagnosed with cancer and upon my return home discovered a water leak in my house Needless to say with so much going on, my complaint regarding *** ** *** was prioritized as a low priority! *** ** *** did respond electronically and did provide me with a copy of the knitting pattern I hope my complaint will encourage the company to change the advertising in their magazine Their web bonus patterns are not bonus, and something you are expected to pay for is not a bonus Needless to say I have learned my lesson regarding "web bonus" patterns and will no longer purchase magazines which advertise web bonus patterns. We will reach out to this customer for full explanation.  In short, this customer has 4 different crs with 4 different addresses on file with us.  We have confirmed that she indeed has the KQIQ membership and we have even extended it through July of 2018 for her inconvenience....

 We have also confirmed that she has received all of the surprise gifts available so far this year.  We are working on the final two to be potentially released in August and October - both which she will also receive.  Finally, we will be consolidating all her crs and addresses into her main/original cr for more efficient service and less confusion.Thank you,Tim d[redacted]
