My card was charged in April for an order I still have not received. All inquiries regarding the order have gone unanswered.

Never received the item I purchased. No contact phone number. Contact email is rejecting all attempts to contact as if it no longer exists.

This company is a rip-off.
Ordered from it back on March 14th and they took the money and ran. No product to date. I emailed their supposed customer service and tried calling. No response. Filed complaints through the Revdex.com and through ***. Neither can get any answers from this supposed company.
Do not order from them unless you want a headache and no product.

Ordered a face mask Back in May 4th. Ad said normally ships within a week. Did not mention that it was coming from overseas. Still have not received it. No response to my email inquiry. Sad when someone uses a plague to profit off of people. They took the money and ran.

Absolute horrible business. I ordered two masks back in mid April and never received my order. Tried calling them and left messages on two separate occasions and never got a response. Called multiple times never spoke to someone. Emailed them which I have all the emails to them and no response. Absolutely do not order from these frauds!!! They will take advantage of you and take your money. Absolutely disgusted.

May 7th 2020 I ordered a face mask from this company online $14.95 Here we are June 18th 2020 still no mask.
I've tried calling with no human to human contact, I've also used there contact email service 2-times with no response to either nor from my phone calls. 1st email was on 05/19/2020 asked why haven't I received my order and that I understood about covit-19, however stated if you where unable to send my order with in a timely matter to just refund my Purchase. 2nd email was on 06/06/2020 and strongly stated no one has nor tried to contact me on my prior attempts to get a explanation why I haven't received and or been refunded my purchase as to that date? also stated That I now Do want my purchase canceled and refunded to my account! However as I stated above here we are now May 7th 2020 I still haven't received neither request I've made..
I feel I have been more than patient do to covit-19 and given them plenty of time to answer my concerns and or refund my purchase I don't know any other Common Sense way of doing my part to resolve this issue, then I have done to date.

I ordered items on4/21/20 and have yet to receive them. Contacted Nasey, all they cared to say is we shipped it. Never going to receive these items. These people are bad. I recommend you do not order anything from them. If I could leave a negative 1, I would.

Order three and 95 style mask April 24th 2020 got a shipping number from company order came out of my checking account still 48 days later have not received any product all It keep saying is shipped in when check US mail tracking number says they received a notice preparing for shipment this company represents themselves as a US base company but shipping is from China

I wish I could have been able to leave 0 star. I have been trying to get my order for months. They don’t answer emails or phone calls. They charged me right away but I still can’t get shipping information. It said that my order would take under ten days to arrive. It has been several weeks and it still is not shipped according to the tracking number they gave me. Now I cannot even log on to my account.

I needed COVID masks for my family. This company represents itself as based in USA. It reflects shipping/delivery within 7-15 business days. I am going on month 2 of no delivery. When checking shipping it shows no updates since April from CHINA! I have requested the order be canceled and refunded! No response.

Wish I had looked here first. Looked legit, said item was shipping via *** 4-7 days. Its been almost 3 weeks and its shipping from China at a snails pace. Not sure I'll ever get it.

I went to this website called nasey.com And I ordered a couple of face masks I paid for overnight shipping and I never received my items and when I tried to track my item it takes me to some weird website that has no tracking information and when I try to call the company it says their number is disconnected when I tried to email them I get no response I tried to dispute the transaction with my bank but my bank will not allow me to dispute the transaction because I cannot prove that this company is a scam So now I am out over a $100 in face masks that I ordered I never received And have no way to get my money back The Revdex.com and the FTC needs to put this website out of business because it's fradulent Li taking all hold of people's bank accounts including mine I now have to go the police department and file charges and be out in a public and I have a compromised immunity system This is not something that I wanted to be doing in the middle of a pandemic especially that I still don't have my masks Get this company off the Internet it looks like it's been going on for a couple of years now I'm beginning to wonder what good as the Revdex.com if they haven't been able to shut down this company

Too bad to rate, but was forced to give them 1 star! Placed an order 12/2/19 they charged my credit card, but I have not received the items ordered and my account has not been credited. Calls will not go through to the phone number provided and they do not respond to emails. Do not order from Nasey! This company should be investigated and fined heavily!

Ordered a game from Nasey on January 4th. Never received the product. Sent an email inquiring and asking for tracking, they said it had been shipped but never provided tracking. Still never received the item. Sent an email Feb 14th saying I either wanted the product by week end or a refund. Got a reply the say day saying a refund would be issued. (No explanation at all since they already said it had been shipped about a month before). Still have not received the refund over 30 days since I was told by email I would get a refund. Their phone number does not work. Seems like a huge scam.

I purchased two items on December 29, 2019. They processed my payment ($26) and I didn’t receive the items. They won’t return my emails or phone calls.

Order placed on 12/24/19. Still no package, couple of emails telling me package has shipped, unable to track my order! They should be investigated for using. The internet to steal money.

So I ordered a board game on 12/28. I instantly saw the charge posted on my credit card and received an order confirmation. A few weeks later, I checked online and it said "Order #*** was placed on December 28, 2019 and is currently Shipped." I Tried to call to get details but you only leave a voicemail and they haven't called back. I send multiple emails and called multiple times and nobody has contacted me. I get the same message when I try to track it. It's been over a month and a half, nothing arrived, nobody has contacted me.

I ordered and paid for an order of childrens dress shoes for my wedding on dec.2 2019 received email stating that it shipped on dec.7,2019.I have never received any tracking number.I attempted to contact the company through phone and email.I have received no response at all and have not received my order either.

Purchased a product on Dec 18, 2020. Did not receive it and one January 18, I requested a refund and was told seven days a refund would be deposited - that never happened. Tried calling and phone will not ring.

On December 12, 2019, I ordered a set of Beyblades from the company. To date, I have not received them. I tried calling and left 2-3 voicemails. I also sent an email. I have not heard back from the company. Since I haven’t received the Beyblades, I want my $29.99, the cost of Beyblades returned.
