Dont do business with this company ..bad customer assistance..voice mail ..no return call..no email confirmation..no tracking number..

And I ordered a costume for my five-year-old daughter on October 3 delivery was supposed to be within 7 to 10 days I have yet to receive the item I have called and emailed numerous times and cannot get anybody to answer me back either way I have a very upset five-year-old because she wants to be Harley Quinn for Halloween and here it is a week and a half before Halloween and I’m gonna try to have to find someplace that will ship me this specific costume and guaranteeThat it be here by October 31

Ordered a costume for my daughter about a week ago, received a receipt for purchase but did not receive tracking information or confirmation of shipment. No one responded to emails, and the phone number given doesn’t work.

Order products in early August. Received confirmation and shipping confirmation, funds came out of my account immediately. Multiple emails sent to their customer service, no response. Multiple phone calls made to their company, it was an automated system, left several messages, no response. I cannot get a hold of a human being. Still no product received. I believe they are a scam.

I order a Harley Quinn costume for my daughter on 10/09/2019 after I paid for it I didn't received any Email with the confirmation or a receipt number o tracking number. I not sure it this company is for steal money ro other or what..

I also placed an order for boy dinosaur shoes in August 2019. I received notice from Nasey.US that my *** account was accepted and my order was received. On August 21st I received email from Nasey LLC that my order was complete and item was shipped ***. I have yet to receive my order. I 've sent emails and calls but no response. Wish I would have read about the company first before sending my money!

I ordered an item and I have never received the products, they took the money from my back account and I cannot get a old of anyone to get a replacement or a refund. I have email multiple times, called and left messages nothing happens.

On August 25 I placed the order ***.I was supposed to receive a tracking number when ther order when the order was shipped, but I didn´t recived anything.
I have sent at least 10 emails asking for my order but nobody answers me.
Yesterday I checked the order status on the web and said it was completed.
However today I checked it again and it says Shipped.
I bought on the web site called Nasey.US, but the email for returns is [email protected], so I understand that it is the same business.
I'm desperate. because several days ago they charged me and I have not received anything.

I placed an order on August 30th and my account was charged for the order. I received a confirmation email that the order was placed and was told that I would receive an email with tracking information when the items were shipped. I have not received any shipping or tracking information. The order status online says “currently shipped.” I have not received the order and it has been close to a month since the order was placed. I have called and left a message with the business and have sent an email. No response has been received.

This company has not responded to emails regarding the status of the order. On line it shows as shipped but we have never received the item. No email as promised on website with tracking information. No responses whatsoever.

I PLACED AN ORDER LAST 25/08/2019 AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING YET.
I DON'T HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE TRAK.

I ordered something on August 1, 2019. Finally got an email on August 21 that my order was complete. According to the website, I should get an email with a tracking number, but that never arrived. September 14th and still nothing. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Should have checked Revdex.com before ordering.

Order not delivered after 2 months. Contacted Nasey by phone & email many times & received automated responses that they would contact me and never have.

I ordered something from them on August 6, 2019. All they sent was a receipt # in an email. I found their website and keep looking each day to see if my order was completed. All it keep saying was order was processing. Finally got an email on August 21 that my order was complete. According to their website, I should get an email with a tracking number. Today is August 29, and still have not received anything. I have sent several emails and called twice, and they never will answer me. Had to do at least one star, but I would give this zero rating!

I ordered a product that was never delivered and the company will not return my calls to resolve the issue.

I ordered a pair of shoes on July 24th and two watches for my son. I spent 57$ on the shoes alone. I needed them before school started and got the receipt email but never a confirmation of shipping. I contacted the buisness through phone call and email and still have not gotten any response and according to the tracking number it is still processing and has not even been shipped yet. I feel like they just stole 75$ dollars from me.

I have never received the product. Nasey put the wrong zip code on the package. The packaged was tracked down by the *** after I got them involved. I still don not have the order.

I ordered a smartwatch form this company that advertises as shipping in the ***. The only reason I ordered from them. However they ship from *** and I waited 2 weeks for the watch! I ordered and paid for a particular model watch. *** S model and they sent me a *** pro. The watch is not even compared to being close to the same. They knowingly sent me the wrong watch. A cheaper watch and now will not send me the correct one or refund any money. They basically said that the other watch is more expensive and the watch they sent me was fine. I expressed that I do not want the one they sent me but the one they advertised for. They are now not responding and I am left with a watch that I did not order. They will not return my money or a return label for the watch they sent me.

On the website, it states, "Bolangy is an American ecommerce company." Plus they give their address as being in the state of Wyoming. This leads people to believe the merchandise is coming from the USA. I ordered a jacket and didn't hear anything. I tried calling the number on the website, only to get an answering machine. I left many messages, as I was told to do without any return calls. I emailed the company but still nothing. They had my money but wouldn't return any of my calls. The only time they did was when I filed a dispute through ***. That's when I learned that the merchandise was coming out of CHINA and not the USA. I tried to cancel my order at that time but they wouldn't and sent it anyways. No where on the website does it say the merchandise is shipped from China. The jacket was also not even big enough for an adult. It was supposed to be an adult size Large and it barely fit my daughter who wears an adult size small. This company should be made to put on their website where the merchandise is shipped from AND they shouldn't be able to say they are an American company.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

1. The sizing chart says a Large will fit a 40" bust. I'm a 38" and it was so tight it was going to break the zipper. I looked at the size chart and that's how I determined what size to order.

2. The only notification I got was AFTER I complained to ***.

3. Nowhere on the website does it say it'll be shipped from China. I have no problem with things from china BUT I thought it was coming from Wyoming and expected it sooner than what it arrived.

4. The communication SUCKED. I tried calling and emailing and did as instructed on the voice message that I got every time I called but I received no call back at anytime or any emails back. AGAIN, the only time I received any kind of communication was when I turned in the complaint through ***.
