I purchased an item from their website January 13th 2020. I never recieved tracking info. I emailed them, have called and left messages, with no response. I recieved one email that stated "you will get it soon." That's it, and I have yet to receive the item I purchased nor any other response. This was a gift for my almost 7 year old son.

No response via phone or email. Haven't received order and they don't provide tracking. I'd like to be assured it's still in transit.. Or lost. And be refunded.

I placed an online order that was advertised on their website on December 21, 2019 and made a payment of $35.99.
It has been almost a month and still NO delivery of the package. After many attempts to contact the company with NO response I am informed by Revdex.com this company appears to be out of business but still taking orders and payments! I am so upset this company still has a website and can steal peoples money this way!

Ordered a toy on November 16th 2019. Dis not receive. Contacted company. The response was that they would cancel order and refund me. I wrote them back and stated that the toy was a present and I would rather have it. I have not heard back and have not received the toy or the refund.

I purchased 2 pair of princess shoes grom Nasey US. It has been over a month and have never received them. Called a few times but get voicemail and no one calls back.

Don't order from this so called business!! I ordered items totaling$23.00 and I can't get ahold of anyone. You can only leave messages on the phone abd no one returns your calls or your emails. I just filed a fraud report. I will not let this company steal from me!!

I place an order on Nov 11th.
Website stated free shipping between 6to 23 days.

It's been 62 days.

I emailed several times asking for a tracking number and eta on arrival, the response was that it had been shipped, with the previous time frame, which was way past that already, and no response to tracking, aside from the order number that they issued, said I could look it up on thier website. When looking it up, it just says order shipped on Nov 11th.
I finally, after several emails, said that If they can't issue a tracking number or give me a proper eta, that I was going to dispute it with my CC company. The response was that they would issue a full refund.

So, that raises a red flag, since, if it was already shipped, why couldn't they give that info or fight issuing a refund.
Why when mentioning a cc dispute would they just refund it without asking them to, I'm assuming that it's because no product ever was shipped.
I still have not recieved a refund, either.

Im assuming it's a scam website and they are collecting cc info.

I ordered a stuffed toy from this company online. My credit card was charged, but the email confirming shipment said a Fit Bit had been shipped. I tried to contact the company to clarify but got no response. I waited "23 days" as the email started but no package arrived. Again I tried to contact the company with no response. They have not replied to either of the email I sent nor the numerous phone calls I have made trying to reach someone (the number listed only goes to a voice mail, and no one has ever returned my messages).

On November 1st 2019 I ordered some designer eyelashes for my car. They website states it will arrive in six days ***. As of this day I have not received my product. I have sent them an email with no response. I have called several times and I get sent to a voicemail which I've left a complaint on several times but no call back number. My order number is *** when I check tracking on their website it says shipped but it's been two and a half months. I want my money back and never to deal with them again.

I ordered and paid for a mouse pad from provider on Dec 3. I have followed up multiple times since then. Their website indicates that they offer product tracking. However, all it says is that it will arrive soon.

I've called and emailed them multiple times and they are not responding.

On 12/8/19 ordered three Fidget Spinners, total $17.97. As of 1/7/20 have not received order. Have called them and left several messages asking them to call me regarding this order(***). They have not returned any phone calls. I am asking for a refund now since order has not been received and they won't return any messages. I would like to know where order is and why I haven't received it. They have been paid for the items.

Same as everyone below. Ordered beyblades for XMAS, credit card charged immediately, never received anything. Called and left several messages as well as emails. never heard back. MY SON IS HEARTBROKEN that he never got his number 1 thing on his list. TERRIBLE thing to do to a 6 year old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SAME AS EVERYONE, SENT MONEY VIA DEBIT, NO PURCHASE RECEIVED. NOW IM CONCERNED BC I GAVE THEM MY INFO, IF THEY SOLD IT OR SOMETHING, FUTURE FRAUD ETC. GOING TO BANK TOMORROW TO DISPUTE CHARGE.
ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION.

I ordered two toys from Nasey and never received either item.

I purchased items on October 20, 2019. They processed my payment and I didn’t receive the items. They won’t return my emails or phone calls.

I bought two christmas elves and never once did they send them. So I asked for a refund they said they would refund but they lied to me! Its been 2 months and No refund! What liars they keep my hard earned money I called my bank and they are trying to get my money back. They should not be in business whatsoever! Big Rip offs!

DO NOT ORDER FROM NASEY!!! This would be a zero star rating if I was allowed. My experience mirrors that of all other complaints. I placed an order for a board game as a Christmas present in early December 2019. Credit card was charged instantly, and I received an email receipt once I completed the order. All looked legitimate. However, the board game never arrived, and the company does not respond to email or phone inquiries. A *** Map search shows no evidence of any such business operating at either the WY address listed on Revdex.com or the Indiana address listed on the website. Thankfully, my credit card company allowed me to dispute the charge so that I was able to recoup my money. In hopes of protecting more people from falling for this fraud, I have filed a scam report on the Revdex.com website and a consumer complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I would encourage other consumers to do the same. Hope this website can be shut down!!

I ordered character plussies and they were never delivered and can not get a response from the company

On September 28, 2019, I ordered an item from this company and it never arrived. I tried leaving a voice message and emailed them, but didn't receive a response. I had to order the item from another company. As such, I would like a refund. I have a pdf of the receipt, if there is a way to submit it. The order number is ***.

Same as everyone else, ordered beyblades Dec 6 2019 and never received anything. Unable to reach anyone by phone or email. This site should be shut down! Total scam.
