12/2019 tried several times to order Christmas Beyblades launcher for kids. Web site did not send me a password per Email , yet had my Email address, no order number, and unfortunately in process has my credit information. As of 12/26/2019 I have received 2 - credit card payments due and no products, no e-mail confirmations. I will send a letter to *** Ave. ***, Indianna to their listed customer Service department.Phone number listed apparrently doesn't work as no communication has happened with this number.

I placed two online orders with Nasey and never received anything but a receipt for the money they stole. I tried contacting them by phone, email and text and never received a response.

I ordered some products o 11/22/2019 from Nasey,LLC. On their website it said it has shipped . Should be 6 day shipping according to the site. They haven't sent me a tracking number. I can't reach anyone by phone. They won't return emails. Believe it is a scam. They have my money and I haven't received my purchase

Made an order on November 17,2019 was supposed to be 6day delivery. They have charged my account but I never received my order. Have been trying to contact them by calling and email but have not heard from them.

My experience was the same as all the others - my kids earned money and saved up to buy beyblade toys on November 2, they never received them and it is now December 7. I’ve emailed and only got one response saying to wait because it would take 23 days after the shipping time when we ordered was only 6 days. That was three weeks ago. This company is a total scam and should be shut down. I’m now worried about the credit card info I gave when I ordered, thinking they may be interested in more than the $20 they stole from us.

Same complaint as everyone else... they took $168.96 from our non-profit special needs Pre-K kids and didn't send the order.

This company seems to do this to many many people!! Nasey.us is a complete and total fraud and their site should be shut down!!! I ordered only 10 dollars worth of merchandise and thought I would be getting a good deal. They sent an email saying that my items were shipped with an order number but no tracking. It said shipping would be 6 days. After a couple weeks I started emailed them with no response. I put my order number into their website order tracker and it said “order not found”. I escalated calling the number they provide to only get a voicemail. I left a message and never had my call returned. What kind of business is this supposed to be?! We all need to file complaints and have this site terminated. No matter how little or how much money you spend it’s still your hard earned money!! Luckily I was able to dispute the charge with my bank and I was refunded. This site has no business taking orders and people’s money! I would give this a zero if I could!

I've made an online purchase with NASEY LLC in August I received an e-mail with a confirmation number, I then received an e-mail stating my items were shipped. I never received the items, I sent several e-mails and called the 888-666-6505 number and I received no response. After checking with Revdex.com I notice that several people have complaints with this business, it looks like it's a scam online business. They should be able to do business online since the company is a rip off. Although the amounts may be small it adds up to hundreds of dollars in their pockets when hundreds of people are placing orders with them.

Don not buy from this company, I received an e-mail saying my items were shipped in August, I never received it. I sent e-mails and called no response. They are a rip off, I've learned my lesson. It may not be much money but when they do it to hundreds of people it's a win fall for them. They need to be shut down. They do not deserve any stars!!!

Purchased an item that was supposed to be delivered in 6 days. I have left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails for verification of purchase and to confirm the purchase outside of the automatic process. This is highway robbery and with the amount of complaints the Revdex.com has for this company, I find it very suspicious that they are still able to scam online consumers.

They scammed me out of 20$. My grandson was waiting by the mailbox everyday for his birthday present only to be disappointed. Also lost out on a gift for a friend's son. Emails and phone calls left unanswered.

No tracking number was provided. After several weeks of no shipment or follow up, I called the listed customer service number several times. The message says there is no one available and to leave a message and someone will get back to you. Left several messages and no one get backs to you. No one ever answers. Clearly there is no customer service team or department. I sent an email on Oct 3rd requesting an update. No update was given. On October 20, I sent another email expressing my distaste and disgust for this company, their unethical business practice and their obvious and blatant scam and fraudulent practices. Apparently some one reads their emails and responds in order to only avoid further interactions. The response read: " Hi, Your order is cancelled, we proceed a full refund. Thank you! " This poorly written email only further shows the lack of any professionalism, customer care ability, and continues to scream fraud. That was 22 days ago and I still have yet to receive my refund. I want my refund and I want this business reported to any and all federal regulating agencies.

I have not received my item that I ordered back on October 20, 2019. I got charged and received an email indicating my order would be shipped soon and that I would be provided with a tracking number shortly after but I never received one. I emailed Nasey on 10/25/19 via my *** account which is what I used to place my order with them and they did not respond. I called their number today @ 1-888-666-6505. I left a detailed message. I saw all the other issues everyone else was having so decided to fill out a form. It’s been 3 weeks and 3 days with no response to my email or any tracking numbers given. Unacceptable!

I made a purchase from their website on 10/01/2019. Under my account it shows the item shipped. I have not received the item and I have sent many emails and tried to call the customer service number with no response.

Never received order. Have sent emails and the call number is a answering machine. They stole $20 from me.

Terrible customer service and I never received my items. Do not buy from them. Luckily I didn't spend much but it was really disappointing for one of our kids events.

I placed an order on their website. I got an email on 9/22/19 stating my order was received and got an order number. I never got a shipment email but according to their website using the order number it was shipped as of 9/22/19. It has been 33 days now and nothing. I contacted them by phone several times I get a voice recording telling to me to leave a message but no one calls back. I sent several emails to their customer service email and again, no reply.

I've contacted Nasey to find out when we can expect our product, on three different occasions. When going to the website and entering the tracking (order#), it states that we purchased our product on 06/10/19 and has been shipped. That's all it states. I and my wife have left messages at the website phone # and have never gotten a call back. My wife has also emailed Nasey and hasn't gotten any feedback. We either want our money back or our product to be delivered. We don't know what else to do.

I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter from this website. I used my debit card and the payment went through. My tracking number they gave me is bogus. No tracking company can find it. Haven't received my package, if there really is one. I've attempted to call and email this company multiple times for over a week asking them about it, but no response. I just want my package or I'm going to have one very upset child on Halloween. Please help me, or get my money back please.

On 10/02/2019 I ordered a pair of shoes for my grandson size 10 dinosaur light up shoes and payed for them with a prepaid credit card right away the receipt of the order showed the wrong date as to the day I actually ordered so the receipt said 02/10/2019 but I ordered on (10/02/2019, soni contacted nasey to let them know my concerns for this.I left messages on their phone answering machine because they never answered when I called amd I called nearly 100 times to just talk to them to see if I could resolve this issue but I never got 1 single answer from them for anything soni went onto their website again and found their email amd I send several emails to let them know that now not only is the date wrong but I also have not received the shoes I ordered and I was also requesting a tracking number since they did for sure get payment for the item I bought in full and they did send me email replies telling me they did in fact receive payment and that they did in fact place the order for the shoes to he sent to me and I have received several emails from them telling me the shoes are now on their way to me and they said I would receive them by the 10/25/2019 yet today's date is 10/22/2019 and still no shoes have come to me at all..I'm so upset that they took my money and used google to do it and I never got any shoes in which I payed for I dont want anyone else to experience this type of issue as it was my grandsons birthday and we had a very unhappy boy over this.but ti keep telling me the shoes are on their way or that they now have been delivered is bullcrap. Because I never got 1 things in the mail from nasey LLC but they do owe me soni emailed ahin sever more times to ask for a refund to he safe with my money and nothing has come in reply to me from them since.I have all my corresponding emails from them and me to show they robbed me.because they did take payment in full for the shoes but never gave me the shoes.
