Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below So the response I received appears to be canned and does not actually address my complaintI advised that I would be happy to submit in writing my request to cancel the GAP insurance to receive a refundWhat has not been addressed is the fact there appears to be other amounts not account for that took my loan well over the original pay off amount with my original lenderI need confirmation that I will receive a refund in full for the that was applied to the balance of the pay off amount with the new lenderThe total amount of my loan ballooned to So far all calls to your company have gone unanswered and voice-mails not returnedI am attempting to resolve this issue with you directly but so far I am seeing no attempt to rectify the situation on your endSo, again, please review my loan and confirm the amounts that I have listedI need a refund for all fees for services added to the loan that I did not requestIf you state that you do not charge any up front fees then please call me at my phone number listed on my paperwork or email me at the email address on my paperwork so we can go over the items that have been chargedI will also be requesting this in my letter to cancel and receive refund for the GAP Insurance Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In the first paragraph [redacted] states that gap and theft was included and part of the loan even after I told him I had a theft protection policy and you can not file on two policies for the same thing and in his second paragraph he states they are not license to sell insurance which gap and theft is insurance and he goes on to say I would have to deal directly with the credit union but was not told who are how to get in touch with themIt appears this is more about selling gap and theft protection than It is about refinancingIf [redacted] would listen to the recordings as they indicate they make he would know I was not interested in lowering my payments to I was wanting to lower my interest and pay my car off sooner not extending the noteThe loan officer said it showed I owed payments and I told him that was incorrect and I called the bank to confirm and called him backI was offered a or month note and I told him I was interested in or as I only I we'd payments at the time and I was not given a quote for or months like I askedCommon since if you lower your interest and do not extend your note you shouldn't wind up Po acing more for your carYou can not do a month note but you can do a or which Is what I asked forI am not happy with [redacted] and his liesThe recordings will speak for themselves I only called back and talked to [redacted] because your Web Page said I should call and I inform them that I was planning on filing with the Revdex.comTo me this company is more about extending a note and selling gap and theft insurance even though [redacted] claims they are not license to sell insurance This is about making your note longer so they make more money and dragging people's credit score down They did not have the correct information on how many payments I owed and did not believe me when I told them I didn't owe that many payments they told me that's isn't what the information they had said so I called the bank to confirm and called them back but was never given a quote for what I asked forThey did not explain the gap and theft add on until after they ran my credit[redacted]

This was sent to the Credit Union 09/30/for Check #*** Not cashed, Then Reissued on 02/26/800.00 #*** Cashed Please let us know if you have any other questionsThank you for the business*** * ***

The loan officer did not email nor offer to email a copy of the documents that I was to signI can confirm that I received email from your company an that was to notify that I qualified for a $gas cardI received no other email from your companyPlease re-send a copy of the documentation that I signed as I have a right to review this informationAnd if I you advise me to check my spam I can advise that I have already done this and your email is not there

I have read clearly the respond National Auto Loan Network have made Again, I shall reiterate in it's entirety Prior to signing the loan application the loan agent of National Auto Loan Network never once mention the Anti-theft insurance As for the Gap insurance I have requested the loan agent to have the Gap insurance be removed from the loan The loan agent respond was, without the Gap insurance they will not be able to fund the loan That was completely and untrue The Gap insurance is not required nor mandate by law the consumer are required to have prior to funding the loan I unknowingly signed the loan application under the pretense I was told All it is on the part of National Auto Loan Network to included the Gap and Anti-theft insurance into the loan to maximize their profit out of the loan Many of their clients, like myself never suspected their misrepresentationUntil I done my own investigation In my opinion and maybe many other clients of National Auto Loan Network feel the same way Their business practice is manipulative, dishonesty and misleading by all accountFor each formal complaints file against National Auto Loan Network businessThey hide behind the loan application unsuspected client or clients signed Today I am requesting the full refund

While I am happy to send a letter to request the Cancel and Refund of the GAP insurance I do not have the answers to my questions fully addressedNamely, the total amount of the GAP insuranceOther complaints to your company indicate that Theft Protection was also added to their loan without their consent and this may also be the case hereI need to verify that the dollars that was additional services was the total of the GAP insuranceIf not and Theft Protection is also included in this then I will need instructions on how to cancel that and receive a refund as I did not request thatAlso, there was an over payment made on the loanThe loan office indicated that this would be refunded upon final payment of the loanThis is not acceptable and I will not wait to receive this since it may be several YEARS before I have the loan paid offI am also requesting that copies of my paperwork be either mailed or emailed to meI would request this over the phone but neither the loan officer or the operator are returning my calls when I leave voice mails

My complaint was not regarding my loan approval it is regarding the fact that in order to secure the loan consumers are forced to pay $1,for products they may not want or need and which we not explained to me until I questioned Me*** after receiving the loan documents to sign.Additionally on 9/23/at 10:AM I sent the following email to *** *** advising I would not be accepting the loan offer:
I am not going to proceed with my loan. Per the contract you sent The total amount I would pay VCCU is $23,The total I will pay off to *** is $21,Accounting for the GAP & interest refunds as well as skipping the next two car payments I will still pay VCCU $more than I will pay *** If I pay off VCCU in the same months I have left with *** it will only save me $over the course of the loanFinancially speaking this loan does not give me "the best deal possible".Including interest the Theft Warranty will cost $To pay for something I do not want nor need is not reasonable especially when it is unlikely I will ever use it; my vehicle has a transponder equipped key and keyless ignition which means the likelihood of the ignition being defeated and my vehicle stolen is near impossible. Thank you for your time.*** ***I would appreciate a response regarding my concerns as well as the accuracy of the information provided by Mr*** from someone BESIDES Mr*** (as it is clear he wrote this reply and either did not understand my concern or wanted it to appear as if I misunderstood and/or did not cooperate)

I understand that there may have been disclosures on the paperwork, however your loan officer never once mentioned the services during the loan process OR during the signing of the paper workI have already sent a letter requesting cancellation of the GAP insurance, and tracking shows that your office has received thisI have also called your office requesting that you send me a copy of my signed paperwork so I can provide it to the Revdex.com as well as keeping it for my recordsPlease confirm you have received my letterI also want the Theft Protection Refunded to me as I never requested nor was I informed it would be added to the LoanI understand the need to protect your employee, but in this case not all fees and services were disclosed to meDisclosure also requires verbally advising up front that this would be added to the loanThe loan officer did not do thisPlease confirm you have received my letter and also advise how I need to go about receiving a refund for the Theft Protection that totaled
