I am rejecting this response because:
This company lies and cheats and are immature to deal with. The thing that made me really mad was when I first contacted them and their defense was that their copy had my initials on it. That is forgery and fraud. I have sent my copy to the Revdex.com, and it cannot be whited out. I would like for the Revdex.com to see your copy of the contract. The other comments that this company has said about this case are just opinionsThey were not there for the interactionsPlease look at their copy of the contract

I am rejecting this response because: I do not have trust no confidence in th service provided by Safe Home Security Service to make my home safe is always delayed for at least one week I have to make several service calls to indicate the severity of service needs Safe Home does not provide reliable service and are therefore not living up to their contract I would therefore like a reasonable opportunity to get out of this contractLegal device received is that the company has a duty to mitigate the damage they would suffer, should I terminate the contract Safe Home representatives are telling me that I have to pay the full year of service.m I think this is unreasonable since they do not provide prompt service, sometimes do not show up on date promised and never call to reschule I have undergone a grea deal,of stress dealing with customer service to schedule calls no is like out of this contract

The customer has the option of having a technician come out to see if their new phone service is compatible. If it is found to not be compatible with alarm systems, the customer has the option to add a cellular back up unit to their alarm. This would then use a cell chip to send signals instead of...

requiring a land line phone. Despite the customer's claims, the customer did in fact have our telephone number as they called in 4 times on August 7th, 2013. We tested the alarm with the customer and informed them that we were not able to receive a signal. We recommend setting up a service technician to inspect the alarm so that the system can function properly. We will not be canceling the account, however.

Every time I call about her account customer service tells me they cannot find her account in their system. I called on 9-23-15 and was told I would get a response within 24-48 hours. Over a week later (10-3-15) I have not received a return call.

Also, I will not be billed for cancellation or termination of the contracts. This was the agreement made, as I received a phone call from Safeguard on August 14 and was told this. There is no new information please see our last response.

The account has been canceled and shredded, per the customers request. A refund of $34.99 will be issued. Please allow 10 days for receipt.

I am rejecting this response because:Good!!  That is what I wanted!  I want the Revdex.com to see that my initials were placed on this business' copy, and not mine.  Talking about "the dealer".  I am not sure what that means.  I know this business has told me many times to press charges against the person that did this, as they have again said that in this rebuttal.  That person (dealer) was hired by this company and represented them.  It is not my burdon to take action against him, as he was hired by the company.  He represented them,  The fact that he initialed the white copy (yours) of the agreement shows that wrongdoing was done.  Any changes should be initialed, and he did that.  I did not.  The fact that he did that after my copy was no longer  in my possession shows that attempted to pull one over on me.  He worked for you, and represented you.  You should be going after him instead of me.
