I just graduated from USM I went back to school while working and received my BSN I applied for federal loans and didn't really understand what I was signing I just wanted to get back in schoolNow that my payments are due, I finally got my statement in the mail of how much my interest rate is and how much my payments areI couldn't believe what I signed myself up forI was in tears crying to my Dad, so he told me he would look into finding me help My dad and I called National Student Loan Solutions and Thank the Lord if it wasn't for them I think I would be in a lot of troubleI recommend all my family friends and coworkers to call them Angelica was the Lady who helped me with the application and also Katie she was really sweetThank you and God bless

We guarantee money back in the event we cannot get you in some sort of program by preparing the paperwork on your behalfWe did the documentation the client hired us to do and by doing so, client obtained a $payment from a $monthly payment she was paying on before signing up with our companyWhen client enrolled, one of the questions we go over in our compliance call is do you work for a nonprofit or government organization, client stated yesWe cannot be liable for client not knowing if her employer is in the public sector We have made several attempts to contact [redacted] with no response, I have placed a request for cancelation per clients request, and a confirmation of cancellation Email has been sent to client [redacted] Client Relations- Processing Department

Dear [redacted] and Revdex.com, In response to the complaint above, NSLS wants to mention that there was a big deal of confusion going on with this accountWhen one of our managers spoke with Ms [redacted] , it became clear that there was another company also helping process paperwork on this accountAs part of the agreement the Ms [redacted] had with our company, we were processing the application and submission for the Public Service Loan ForgivenessThis was finalized and we have a copy of the approval letter from the Department of Education servicerWe would be happy to resolve the issue the correct way, and in fairness to NSLS, we were the company to process the documentation for Ms [redacted] , so we believe that the refund needs to be deducted from the other company that was involved.Ms [redacted] , please feel free to comment, we would like to make sure that the outcome is satisfactory for you.Regards,NSLS Team

Dear Revdex.com, We have been in communication with Ms [redacted] and have agreed to settle the case with refunding months worth of fees charged and provide service at no charge for months going forwardMs [redacted] is communicating with out Accounts Manager to make sure all problems are resolved on this accountThank you for attention

National Student Loan Solutions has investigated into the said complaint? Ms [redacted] signed up with our company in June of for the sole purpose of helping her get into the best repayment plan for her Federal Student Loans? We consolidated her loans and upheld our part of the agreement up until December of when we found out she was in and "In School" deferment? This means that she cannot make payments until she is out of school? We have corresponded this with Ms [redacted] ? We have also stopped all payments from being drafted from her account until she is out of school and can start repayment again? We would be more than happy to go over her situation and explain all options that are available to Ms [redacted] ? Please have her call [redacted] our Processing Manager directly at [redacted] or she can always call our main number at 714-583-?

My Mother passed away this last year, right after she saw me graduateWith my Student Loan Debt at an extreme high, this being the first time that I had to deal with ANYTHING on my own, to say it was one of the hardest things ive ever had to deal with in my life, would be an understatement! I had SO many questions.I talked to Isabelle for about minutes during my first discussionShe was extremely helpful and patientShe always called me back when she said she would as wellNow that I am enrolled, we have been exchanging e-mails and she has been extremely nice and helpfulShe always responds your e-mail within a dayI have addressed my issue, and now all I have to do is to wait for my forgiveness to take effect!!! All these consultations were totally free btw!

On September 8, our office contacted Ms [redacted] and explained the process in detail, reviewed her account status, as well as addressed her concernsWe are grateful that Ms [redacted] gave us an opportunity to have worked on her behalf and apologize for any frustration she experiencedWe have canceled her file at her request and consider the matter closed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAfter several days of calling National Student Loan Services, I received a call from the Loan Processing Manager, [redacted] (or ***, depending on who you ask) on 9/25/ Since they claimed on their response that I do not work for a nonprofit organization I offered to again give him the EIN number to confirm that I in fact do work for a nonprofit business He declined needing the information He continually wanted to discuss my student loan, which I declined to discuss with him since they were unable to assist me per the contract/ agreement He requested that I forward emails previously sent to me stating that I would receive the remaining refund 'shortly'- which I did send to him immediately He stated he would follow up with me on Monday- which he did not He has not returned any of my calls or emails since then I would have been satisfied to accept the offer of the remaining refund due, just to have closure in this ordeal Unfortunately I can not get the company to uphold that agreement Their response to this complaint was clearly and just an attempt to avoid the need to refund the money Regards, [redacted]
