HAD SIDING INSTALLED ON MY WHOLE HOUSE IN NOVEMBERDELAY OF INSTALLATION WAS THEIR FAULTOLD BRIDGE NJ BUILDING INSPECTOR FAILED WORK ON JAN3, INSPECTORS NAME IS TERRY B [redacted] AND THE PERMIT # IS 2017-I CALLED JOHN A [redacted] AND HE DIDN'T RETURN MY CALLS TILL ABOUT JAN 9THON JAN 12, I SENT HIM AN EMAIL STATING WHAT FAILED AND AT HIS REQUEST PHOTOS OF WHAT FAILEDI DIDN'T SEND THIS TILL JAN 12TH BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO SEND THE PHOTOS THROUGH EMAILI WOULD HAVE PREFERED HE SEND SOMEBODY OUT TO LOOK AT THE FAILED WORKTERRY BEGIN HAS TRIED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO GET JOHN A [redacted] TO CALL HIM BUT JOHN A [redacted] CHOSE TO IGNORE HIS CALLSMR B [redacted] HAD ASKED ME IF THEY WERE STILL IN BUSINESS SINCE NOBODY CALLED HIM BACKJOHN A [redacted] DID SEND ME AN EMAIL ON MARCH 14, WHICH I HAVE AND IT STATES: I'M WORKING ON GETTING SOMEONE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR ISSUESHOULD BE DONE BY NEXT WEEKI'LL LET YOU KNOWTODAYS DATE IS JUNE 11TH AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYBODY AND HE S

I had to call to confirm they were coming They ordered a wrong side and needed to come back I rescheduled but they canceled and rescheduled Again I needed to confirm that they were coming I was given a window of time for delivery My husband took off and waitedThe window of time came and went I called and they were not aware that the job was not done I spoke with the new Vice President who was very apologetic and promised to make it up Worker showed up the needed to come back because he was out of material I expressed my frustration and that the worker should have came tomy house first to finish the project I was promised a gift certificate to be mailed I'm still waiting, that was three months ago When I called my calls are not answered I would not recommend this company because of the lack of customer care

Investing in replacement windows is a big decision and it can be expensive and overwhelmingWe met with a few companies before we hired Nationwide Window & SidingWorking with their team was a pleasant experience from the first phone call to final window installmentThey come to you and show you the product and how it works We had all of our windows (Original from 1972) replaced with Double hung windows in one dayThey go from window to windowOut with the old in with the newThey even cleaned up the debris as if they weren’t even thereOur windows open and close with ease and keeping them clean is all done from the inside Our home was drafty and cold and our furnace struggled to keep us warm no matter what the tempter was set tooThe first night with the new windows our home was warm and toasty Thank you Nationwide Window & Siding you put a smile on all of our faces

I was looking to get my front entry and storm door replacedI started this project back on September The salesman, Scott R, from Nationwide had come out to my residence to file the paperworkI had done all of the vetting on the company - they were a [redacted] approved business, A+ rating with the Revdex.com, strong [redacted] ratings, etcScott had said that the project would start 6-weeks from when the initial measurements were taken (the measurements were taken on September 8)I was also asked to put a 1/deposit down ($2,via check) I waited to weeks and began contacting Nationwide to inquire about the projectIt was then that Nationwide revealed that they contract the door fabrication and installation out to a third party, [redacted] The receptionist, Jessica, told me that she would have to contact them ( [redacted] ) and that she would get back to meWeeks passed and I got a myriad of responses, all of which were excuses trying to reassure me that the project would be comp

I was extremely surprised at the poor quality of work that was done by the first crew that came to do the jobBut with that said, I was satisfied with the way it was redoneSometimes things are not done correctly, but the end product is what matters mostlyThe management handled my concerns in a timely and quality mannerAs a consumer you should always be somewhat educated for the job being doneIf you are not, then I suggest watching some instructional videos that are easily found on the internet in such places like YouTube or searching in GoogleWe were told that the windows are guaranteed for life (including the Glass)If this turns out to be the honest truth, then I don't think you'll find any better window on the market [redacted]

I have used this company twice in the last yearI had my all most all of the windows replaced in my houseI was very pleased with the service that I used them again for my front door and porch door Unfortunately the door information was written down wrong and the sales person Chris switched the doorsThe day of installation I realized what had happened so I called them before they were installed by the contractor that they outsourced, and I was told by production that Chris the salesperson has to call me Instead of fixing the problem he yelled and screamed at me that I was wrong and that is what was ordered that day, so I was forced to keep the dollar mistake they made

We love our windows! The workers came as scheduled, were very professional, and cleaned up beautifully We would definitely recommend this companyMr& MrsM [redacted]

Nationwide did a great jobThey replaced our windows in the entire house on schedule in one day The crew was very efficient, clean, and professional No mess, no issues - in and out the same day replacing casement windows I feel that everything was delivered as promised and we are happy with the results

We purchase a patio sliding door $1625 now the door shows moisture and the company it's been revoked. I TRIED TO CALL THEM ,LEFT VOICE MAILS, NO ONE RETURNED ANY CALL. I NEED HELP!!!

Nationwide has done a great job on the sidingHowever, I think there should be a company representative at least on the first day and last day rather than just the contractors

I requested and paid for new siding, insulation, and boards to be put on my homeWe were told by our sales rep Ernie who also claimed to be the owner that the following things would occur:
Brand new seamless siding on all sides of the home
Insulation used would make our home warmer and act as an insulation reducing sound
All the original wood boards would be replaced at no additional charge
The home would be insect free because it would be sealed top and bottom
The siding came with a lifetime warranty with full replacement at no extra cost for any damage or fading as a result of disasters natural and or man madeEven going into great length explaining how they replaced at no charge the siding for those people that lost their siding during sandy
As the work was getting ready to begin I asked for ErnieFirst he was on vacation, then he was sick, and then he was retired
Once the work got under way I realized a lot of things I paid for were not getting done

I entered into a contract with Nationwide on 8/18/I advised the representative from the company that my town requires a permit for roof replacementHe marked it off on the contract Nationwide would obtain
They started working and didn't get the permit until I inquired on itThey completed the roof and did nothingI called them about having the permit signed off on they made an appointment with the town building inspector at my house and didn't show up
I called again in july was told they would handle itNow it's September and they haven't done anythingI called my town's building department and was told John from Nationwide had called and was told he had options to get permit signed off onmeeting the inspector at my house or having a architect sign off on itto this day nothing has been doneI called today and only was able to leave a messageThis has been poorly handled on their endI don't want to have problems selling my house due to the roof not having b

I was very pleased with the workmanship of the installers The windows and door were a perfect fit! When I called to request a repair, Nationwide responded the same day by emailing me the repair form and instructionsA week later, John from Service contacted me and the replacement part was ordered

I been respectfully calling them, leaving massages every single day for over a month without a call back to try to get a service repair on one crack window at my house Back in I got old windows replaced two different time for a total amount of $10,One of my window cracked a couple months ago and its not been any effort from Nationwide Window to honor their warranty by ignoring every single message I left on their answer machineBrian P*** ( Vice President) was the person who placed my order in person at my house back in He gave me a copy of their warranty in which covers in full my requestI m willing to provide all receipts, dates and copy of the warranty to proof my caseAlso, I tried to contact them over Face Book but, I was block of any comments within minutes after calling their attention

Poor installation of a storm door caused the handle on the storm door to "stick", and then after several months of pulling hard the handle broke offIt is under warranty, but it has been over a month since I put in my claim to have a new handle sent to meI have called repeatedly and spoke several different people thereI have also left messages, but no one returns my calls and they still have not sent me a new handle

We hired Nationwide Window & Siding to replace our front doorthey did an excellent jobThe installers were punctual and professional

I selected this company because I have heard of it through the years + I found it in a flyierIn my mind this was a confirmationI requested a quote for window removal and replacementOn April 28, 2017, am hours, I met with Regional Manager Margaret Mary C***, upon her inspection, I was presented with a quote and different scenarios of paymentI choose three payments that entailed, 1/was given inmediately by check (done!), second payment was done at the time of installation and the last payment, was upon completionaccording to Margaret the next step was someone coming to the home and ensuring messuramentsupon this visit the window would be install within 4-weeks
As of today August 16, I am still waiting for my window or a curtesy call to reference the status of the orderSomewhat concern, August 11th I proceeded to call the company the receptionist/ Adm by the name of Jo pick upthe phoneupon listening to my complain she transferred me to the Service manager E

I had an assessment by Nationwide and received a "Siding Work Order" on June 22, to replace a screen door and an area of siding I was told that it would take five weeks to do the project due to the need to order a door and specific sidingI sent them a $deposit on the $projected costNationwide sent me a lovely page (now antiquated) of names of people who would help me with my projectSince that time (six months) I have called them many times, and was told, whenever I was able to reach a live voice, that someone would get back to meIn all that time, not a single phone call was returned, including from the main office, in PatersonIn June a Nationwide representative arrived to confirm the initial order done by Chris S*** the original assessorAt that time, this representative removed a piece of siding to examine the depth of rotting under a windowThat area of removed siding has continued to rot and now threatens the integrity of the house's interiorI have me
