Last year I had new windows installed I recently noticed water stains on the window sills I contacted Nationwide four times over the past two weeks but did not receive a call back I was not able to connect with a person but left messages with their service department and sales department No one has called me back

We love our windows! The workers came as scheduled, were very professional, and cleaned up beautifully We would definitely recommend this companyMr& MrsM***

We purchase a patio sliding door $now the door shows moisture and the company it's been revokedI TRIED TO CALL THEM ,LEFT VOICE MAILS, NO ONE RETURNED ANY CALLI NEED HELP!!!

12px;">[redacted]. We tried working with this customer to fulfill her order for several months. However, the customer lost contact with us until January 2016. At that time I informed [redacted] I would like to come down personally to resolve this matter. We set a date for me to come down and discuss all the concerns she had with Nationwide. Upon my visit [redacted] was not willing to work with us in anyway the problem was two windows on her order were smaller then what we can make. I had to inform her that I had to work with my production team to do a special order for those two windows customer was not receptive to this. Customer was insisting on getting a refund I did inform her that this may not be possible but I would do everything we can to resolve her matter. After reviewing what transpired and also how customer felt and how uncooperative she was we decided to refund her full deposit. I have been trying to contact [redacted] for the past 3 weeks to inform her that I have her refund check and we need to set a meeting to deliver her refund check. I awaiting a response from the customer at this time and will continue to contact her.

My husband and I have been very happy with our experience regarding Nationwide Window & Siding. We began with the replacement of a few windows and were quite pleased with the product and service (including installers and account/project manager). As such, we subsequently replaced more windows and have five remaining, once our budget refreshes. I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product and quality service.

I had to call to confirm they were coming. They ordered a wrong side and needed to come back. I rescheduled but they canceled and rescheduled. Again I needed to confirm that they were coming. I was given a window of time for delivery. My husband took off and waited. The window of time came and went. I called and they were not aware that the job was not done. I spoke with the new Vice President who was very apologetic and promised to make it up. Worker showed up the needed to come back because he was out of material. I expressed my frustration and that the worker should have came to. my house first to finish the project. I was promised a gift certificate to be mailed. I'm still waiting, that was three months ago. When I called my calls are not answered. I would not recommend this company because of the lack of customer care.

I have used this company twice in the last year. I had my all most all of the windows replaced in my house. I was very pleased with the service that I used them again for my front door and porch door. Unfortunately the door information was written down wrong and the sales person Chris switched the doors. The day of installation I realized what had happened so I called them before they were installed by the contractor that they outsourced, and I was told by production that Chris the salesperson has to call me. Instead of fixing the problem he yelled and screamed at me that I was wrong and that is what was ordered that day, so I was forced to keep the 4000 dollar mistake they made.

Nationwide did a great job. They replaced our windows in the entire house on schedule in one day. The crew was very efficient, clean, and professional. No mess, no issues - in and out the same day replacing 17 casement windows. I feel that everything was delivered as promised and we are happy with the results

Nationwide has done a great job on the siding. However, I think there should be a company representative at least on the first day and last day rather than just the contractors.

I was extremely surprised at the poor quality of work that was done by the first crew that came to do the job. But with that said, I was satisfied with the way it was redone. Sometimes things are not done correctly, but the end product is what matters mostly. The management handled my concerns in a timely and quality manner. As a consumer you should always be somewhat educated for the job being done. If you are not, then I suggest watching some instructional videos that are easily found on the internet in such places like YouTube or searching in Google. We were told that the windows are guaranteed for life (including the Glass). If this turns out to be the honest truth, then I don't think you'll find any better window on the market. [redacted].

I had two bow windows installed and had a very pleasant experience from sales person to installers

Review: In January of 2014, my husband and I purchased 6 high-end windows from this company. They were installed in February. Months later we began to notice markings appearing on the inside of the window panes. We called for service. They stated that the windows all had stress cracks in them and this happens during shipping. Phone calls after phone calls, and 3 service appointments later, they are failing to provide us with the proper window replacements. Each time bringing the wrong size windows or the wrong window panes, even though I verified over and over again what needed to be replaced. After spending a large amount of money for new windows, they are either unable to be opened or difficult to see through. No one at Nationwide feels an urgency or remorse about this situation and it is continually being handled wrong and incomplete. I have spent way too much time and encountered much frustration trying to calmly obtain the windows that we paid for and were promised to us.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome in this situation is an expedited solution that includes proper replacement of all defective windows and at this point - I feel a portioned refund is necessary. This situation has gone beyond reasonable measures and we have been ignored by the managers and VP who had stated to call with any dissatisfaction. This company had said they prided themselves in Customer Satisfaction and their clean rating with the Revdex.com, but unfortunately are treating us as if this is a normal situation we are experiencing and are continuing the provide us with defective products.

Nationwide Window & Siding installed a new front door. The installer arrived on time. He was neat, professional and courteous. The door looks great.

NATIONWIDE WINDOW AND SIDING IS A VERY FRIENDY PEOPLE TO WORK WITH AND THY WORK WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE WITH FINANCE

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
