Signed contract on 5/4/for custom-made Ultra Titanex windowsPaid 1/deposit upon signing ($4000) Contract provided for, inter alia, removal and installation of windows, including re-sized picture window and window installation in garage We selected the Ultra Titanex based on the company rep's (Scott R., VP of sales) demonstrations, product sample and advertising materials He estimated installation would take place mid/late July
Installer returned 1-weeks later to confirm measurements and discuss installation We were informed this would include removal of our old windows and possibly cutting through some of the exterior siding to accommodate the Ultra Titanex moldings
Per contract terms, installation was to begin within days of signing After not receiving any communication from the company by mid-July, we repeatedly called and left numerous messages with both the company and salesperson ~weeks later, on or around July , a company rep (J

I bought windows from Nationwide years ago have windows that need repair bathroom window needs a stick to hold open They guaranteed they will replace I called gave them identification numbers they promise they are coming and never show up close to a year they YES me to death where my windows ?? I paid more at time of installation hat they will lifetime fix or replace kitchen window cant see out it!! Now they wont call back I cry over this cam you please help me im lost!!

They did my windows and siding a couple of years ago and it offers a lifetime warrantyI’ve called and called them because I need windows replaced as the glass is defective along with my siding that is warping and nobody has called me backI see everywhere that this business was closed? Which nobody ever informed customers aboutSo with a lifetime warranty how does this work?

Nationwide is great they installed 30+ windows on my house in days The windows are beautiful and the installation was flawless They are reasonably priced and we looked at several companies

I am rejecting this response because:
I am not sure what your company did differently from the siding and insulation that was there originallyWhen your company was finished our home for the first time since we lived in it had to have the thermostats raised from degrees all winter to 70-degrees just to stay in the homeYour contractor came to our home and apologized profusely for the problemHe said the only thing he could think to do to solve the problem was put more insulation in the atticHe covered every hole and soffit in The attic which did make it much warmerThe problem is it trapped heat and moisture in the attic preventing the attic from breathing causing mold and mildew to grow all over the atticThe heaviest concentrations were found where the light openings were visible in the side of the house that had none before and where holes were drilled to stabilize the scaffolding through our year old asphalt shingles and through the roof boardsTo fill the holes they used clear siliconMy home never had mold or mildew problems as was attested by our original inspector and was verified with pictures before and after the work was doneThe mold remediation cost was $2,The new roof is going to cost $5,000, and insulation that got wet another $to replaceThe original reason our home was freezing for the first time since we owned it after the installation of new siding and insulation defies logicSomething was clearly done wrong and still needs to get fixed before winter rolls in againMy whole family was suffering with illnesses relating to respiratory conditionsMy year old son got deathly sick as a result of exposure to the mold and mildew had to be revived by me doing CPR on him, and transporting him to the hospitalHe went on numerous medications and nebulizer treatments just to be able to breatheI am simply asking this company fix what they brokeI am not asking for medical expenses just our home be clean, warm, and safe moving forwardThat is why I paid $15,for and we have yet to receiveThe insulation that went into our attic was paid for and placed by Nationwide, and the holes put through our roof was done by their contractorsTo say that this is not your fault and not your problem is at best disingenuousI have no words to describe what it was like almost losing my son and then finding out the cause was due to your companies workAll I am asking for is repairs to or repayment for issues in our home that were caused by your workersThat at this point is the least you could and should do!

I had two big custom windows installed only 1year ago and now the window is fogging up and damagedI have been trying to reach out to have them repaired No one answers

We ordered new windows for our homeUpon delivery on June 3, - bedroom windows were delivered in smoked glass and windows were missing the window crank handles to open themThe person installing the windows had me fill out some paperwork and stated someone would call meSo, I waited - no callI started calling a week ago, nothing but the run aroundTransferred calls, numerous voicemails, and waiting for the "regional manager" to call me backThey cashed my deposit on day and I gave them s bank check upon installation do I guess they could care less nowI just want the windows I ordered and the handles to open the other windows

Customer service non existent no call backs impossible second time I have gone through with NationwideLock on sliding patio door that nationwide installed is broken fell apart n inincluding a lifetime warrantyI requested the paperwork for service to no avail.extremely frustrating especially when this is the second time going through thisThe lock on glass sliding door was broken and dangerous to my safety

I'm posting here to give all a heads up as to what I am dealing with with nationwide windowsThis may only be my experience or there may be others who've had a horrible experience as wellI had new windows installed about a year agoA few months (2-3) after being installed there was heavy rain it started leaking from the window on my window sill down the wall near the electric socketI had to fill out this entire form and send pictures of the issueAs if my phone call alone wasn't sufficient enough for hen to believe meWhen they get it they then schedule an appt time when they have someone available to come outNot taking this into an emergency situation that it could potentially cause an electrical fire amongst the damage it's doing to my walls possibly creating mildew underneath or behindWe waisted a few days someone came we thought they fixed itHere we are a year later and another heavy rainy dayI walk in to my home hearing the sounds of leakingI look and here we are

We hired Nationwide Window & Siding to replace our front door and window shutters and they did an excellent jobThe salesperson was very helpful and the installers were punctual and professional

I purchased windows between and They are supposed to be warranted for lifeA window support broke on one side of a window and I can`t get in touch with anyone to come fix itI have to just leave message after message and no call backall I want is a call back and have the window repaired so I can sell my housethey are really good at getting back to you when you want to spend money but if you need to make a claim on a warranty forget it you`ll never get a call back

The salesman, Brian, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeableWe got three quotes, and Nationwide was slightly better than one and much better than the otherThey sell, make, and install their own windows, which seemed to lower their price
After someone came and took precise measurements, we set up an install dateIt was approximately weeks after we met with the salesmanThe install was a full day and went smoothly
The windows are beautiful, easy to use, and save us a ton in heating costsIt was a great experience and would recommend Nationwide Windows & Siding highly

I contacted the company back on the end of October beginning of November about replacing a broken windowI was told to fill out a service form and submitted picturesI waited and got no responseI’ve emailed as well as called and left numerous messages and still no responseI just want my window fixedI have a warranty on themI feel like my emails and phone calls are being ignoredIt’s now been months and no response!!

Purchased a new entry doorway from Nationwide window in April of The door and frame were made by them and installed in June of months later the weather stripping on the bottom is tearing Since this is s custom made door I can't just go out and by a new oneAsked the company to come fix it, they want to charge almost dollars an hour for warranty workThis is unacceptableSalesman stated over and over how Nationwide stands behind its products, but now I feel it was a sales pitch only as they are refusing to fix their door

The replacement of my home windows by Nationwide was extremely professional in every way I recommended that my sister use them which she did and was pleased as well When service was requested, the company responded promptly and satisfied my needs completely I recommend Nationwide wholeheartedly to any home owner

What I like the most about Nationwide Window's is the workmanship and the quality of service they provide is outstanding

I have never met a more deviant and blatantly corrupt business in my lifeNationwide Windows and siding destroyed my home and has lied every step of the wayI paid $15,dollars for all new siding boards, paper, insulation, and vinyl sidingI was told that I was going to be given the best contractors Nationwide had and my home would be seamless, warmer, insect free, not fade, crack, warp, be 100% protected against all disasters natural or man madeIf at any time there was damage Nationwide would come out and replace it for freeAnthonys first response when I realized how badly my home had been damaged by their irresponsible and incompetent workers was they were subcontractors and Nationwide could not be held personally liable for their negligenceTheir workers put holes directly through asphalt shingles, through my roof boards, and into my attic to stabilize the platforms they were working on and then filled the holes with siliconThose holes leaked putting water all over my atticThey never replaced all the boards and originally did not even put insulation underneath all the new sidingI went into the attic to inspect what they had done and saw holes in boards that led straight through to the vinylsNot only did they not put new boards up they knocked holes in the old boards and simply installed vinyl directly over itI then went on the roof that at the time was years old and found clear silicon plugs in over places on my roofWhen I confronted them they said that's how they always do itI contacted other roofing companies and not one of them had ever heard of such stupidityI called Nationwide back their solution was to use a different color silicon closer to my roof colorThey came out and pulled back the vinyl and admitted they "missed" a whole section of replacing boards and applying insulation on both sides of the houseThey had placed vents in on both sides of the house without framing them making it impossible to close themBecause they had no room to maneuver they simply took a hammer or hatchet from the outside slammed two holes in the side of my house and then put plastic vents over itMy home which I paid to be warmer and safer was freezing that winter sending out electric bill skyrocketingWe with our old aluminum siding were quite comfortable for the last years at degrees on our thermostatsWe had our thermostats cranked to 75-degrees all winter and were still coldMauricio whom Anthony repeatedly told me was the best contractor Nationwide had in the arsenal came out and decided the only way to make our home inhabitable was to insulate the atticHe paid for and installed pink insulation over every soffit and crack in our atticBetween the moisture from the holes drilled through our roof, and the air being sealed with no ventilation mold grew all over my atticI have before and after pictures of my home demonstrating no mold or mildew before work began and mold and mildew everywhere just months laterAnthony had the balls to tell me he accepts no responsibility for his workers because they performed work outside of what was stated in the contract and they were subcontracted by him therefore the company can not be held directly liableFor my efforts in trusting Nationwide so far I had to get a mold and remediation company in cost of $2,I just replaced a year old roof with a brand new year roof cost $5,My home is still freezing and the real reason was never figured outSomething was clearly ripped out and not replacedI will probably have to pay a real siding company to come in and fix and or replace my entire sidingCost from Nationwide was over $15,500! My insulation in my attic that got wet still has to be replaced estimated cost around $5,and something above the soffit similar to baffles were ripped out and not replacedNationwide should be embarrassed, ashamed, and disgraced by their work and should have immediately rectified all the damages incurredThey set up appointments to come out and see my home and then did not show on multiple occasionsI have no words for how pissed off I am at their incompetence, negligence, and flat out lyingMy home was destroyed by their "Best workers" and now they need to make it right one way or the otherMy whole family became sick and my son almost died because of the mold and mildew problemIf ever there was ever a better case for the Revdex.com I can't think of oneIf this is how this company conducts business they should be out of business!!! Not only are they not accepting any responsibility for their actions they are going as far as to blame me for using subcontractors that they hired and I paid for as full time Nationwide contractors!!! I want to be paid in full for all damages incurred to my home and a letter of apology written to my family for all the pain and suffering you have caused us!!!

I used Nationwide to install my windows and they fast, clean and preciseI have and would recommend them to everyoneHigh quality work at a great priceI am extremely happy I found them
