They keep sending me things I do not order and I had ordered a sample, didn't use it yet, and are sending me more and charging me for what I do not order. They are scammers and I want you to know I am so upset because I cannot afford their stuff.

On 9/28/2018 I received notification from the *** on behalf of Lexicon Health Support that my order # *** had shipped. Knowing I had not ordered anything I called the company. I told them I ordered nothing. They stated that when I had agreed (over the phone) to a shipment of 6 bottles of Probiotics that I had signed up for auto ship. How I did that over the phone with a salesman is unknown to me. I said that I would protest the charge with my bank and not accept the shipment. The gentleman was very nice and told me he would change the auto ship so that it would not happen again and told me that rather than just rejecting the shipment I should accept it and mail it back to the *** Road address in ***, MI. He said that would be the quickest way to get the refund. So I went to my local *** store and returned the items, the original package just put into another package so I could ensure it went to the right place. It has now been almost 3 months and I have not received a refund, nobody answers either phone number I have ***, I did get an email reply from *** from *** Customer Support telling me that they are no longer allowed to process refunds through email and that I would need to call *** I told him that nobody answers that number.

I ordered three books I only received one my total order was $58 plus change I kept contacting the company got no results I would recommend you staying clear from this company rip off rip off a rip off

Hard to impossible to cancel the order $200 is too much $$

I signed up with this company for Paleo information. My doctor advised me not to follow this diet so I canceled (what a joke). You can do everything online with them, except cancel; you must call. Just one problem, their lines ALWAYS have heavy volume, so I guess, maybe if you do sit on hold for a very long time, you may get to speak with someone??? I have sent several messages advising that I disputed their charges, along with any future charges on my credit card. They have 30 days to respond. I do not think they will. And, so, many other people will end up paying them because they don't know what to do. This company is not alone, there are many others that make a lot of money by appealing to a public that does not know any better. Unfortunately, many just keep paying because they can't reach anyone to cancel. Some may call this good business practice, I call it taking advantage and a bit of a racket.

Strongly object to marketing 3 minute exercise DVD as FREE and charging just shy of $10.00 for shipping. This is the oldest ploy in the book. Most businesses provide FREE SHIPPING. This hoax is simply one more income stream. BUYER BEWARE!!

Lexicon Digital Media Group, Lexicon Health and ***, in connection with the *** 30 Day Challenge offered a very professional yet friendly way to help me learn about the health journey they were discussing in the video links I ran across on ***. I was excited and inspired to get started! I must admit I was leery and didn't want to get involved with a "flaky firm". So I read reviews and other information and decided to take a leap of faith! (This is why I too am writing my review!)
After joining up, I was provided immediately with tools that helped me prepare and get ready for my start date. When I had some confusion about a couple of nutrition supplement orders I sent inquiring customer service emails from which I received telephone calls back! Each representative gave me the utmost courtesy while assuring me that everything was going forward. They followed up with emails when the items shipped as well as tracking information. I found their products priced comparable to similar items in their respective market. And because these items were important to me in getting started, I purchased only what I could budget for which they were sincerely agreeable. During my 30-day program, I received daily "helpful hint" emails and videos from medical professionals, along with extra materials on beneficial exercise, links to health information and recipes. At the end of my 30-day *** Challenge, I lost the desired weight I'd been carrying! My strength and attitude returned along with a new healthy lifestyle I am determined to continue!
I recommend Lexicon Health and subsidiaries, its founders and employees. You are all doing so much to aid those in search of better health and well being! Great informational support and I loved the daily emails. Loved the videos as well. Only thing I did not like was all the advertisements to buy additional items. Some "free" cookbooks were offered but I would have to pay for the shipping. In my opinion all the cookbooks should have come as a PDF completely free for what I paid for the program.

I could not have asked for a better support system with the 30 day *** challenge. The educational material, emails and videos, as well as the recipes and exercise videos were very helpful.

I found the plan easy to follow and with great results. I did not like how it took forever for customer service to answer my questions. Other than that I liked the program.
