I could not have asked for a better support system with the 30 day Paleo challenge. The educational material, emails and videos, to cooking and exercise advise- I could not have asked for a better support system. Quick response to any emails I sent asking for advise-couldn’t ask for a better group!

I found the program to be pretty successful when I followed the rules. I did not order any of the supplements, or cookbooks, so I never had issues with products I'm not happy with. I've lost some weight and inches, and feeling pretty good about it...so it's a positive review for me! (P.S. the *** group is really inspiring too!)

I’m having great success with the Paleo Secret healthy lifestyle. I can’t believe the difference in my joints not bothering me in fact I haven’t needed any Advil or Tylenol in the past 3 weeks. I’ve had great support from the team and counselors.

What an amazing journey! I have been extremely pleased with not only the results but with the level of education, customer service, and incredible products. The daily emails, videos, and information not only explained the process and how it all works but encouraged me and kept me excited. I patiently waited for the next email and wanted more! For me, the 30 Day Challenge was easy, it makes sense, and has put a smile back on my face.

My experience with Lexicon and the *** have been amazing. I received an email everyday with encouraging words, ideas on how to move forward with the 30 day challenge. And a ***k invite to discuss food issues. It has been a lot of help, so we will be continuing on with this journey.

My experience with Lexicon began through the Paleo 30 Day Challenge. I absolutely love the program. I received daily support emails, recommendations for supplements and additional information and special pricing. One item I purchased I wanted to return and did so without any problem at all. Customer service was terrific.

(I am an Information Technology professional with a web design & development background. I know what I'm talking about here.) Do not work with Paleo Secret (Lexicon Health). Misleading advertising. They promote a free cookbook (you only pay shipping). But they don't tell you the cost of shipping, so you have to click on the "purchase" button to find out the cost. On the purchase page you will see $9.95 S&H and next to it "select DIGITAL shipping = FREE". The page then forces you to input your cc info. I was leery but thought I would be brought to the Shipping Page where I could change my order from a hard copy book for $9.95 to a totally FREE DIGITAL copy - but suddenly the order had been placed and no shipping page ever appeared. They ignored my request for a refund. Ignored my explanations of their misleading web pages and said a free downloadable copy is included with the purchase (yet I never received a digital download link). They told me I'd have to return the book (= my time/gas to drive the book to whatever mailing service they used.) THIS IS A SHADY COMPANY. AVOID THEM. THEY USE MISLEADING WEB COPY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. DOESN'T CARE. THEY JUST HOPE YOU WON'T TAKE THE TIME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR A REFUND.

was extremely helpful in getting product credit for my wife who did not that wish to proceed with the Paleo diet. He was courteous helpful and extremely polite.

I talked to Valentine and Manny a couple of times. Their service was great. They were so patient and they walked me through everything, fantastic customer care. Great company, call them, they will explain everything, their website, everything.

The first e mail back said I bought a ticket and someone would get with me. I panicked and thought it was a scam and I cancelled my credit card. Then about 15 minutes later I get this e mail that said I was getting the cookbook but not until after that first e mail came in that said I was getting a ticket? I am excited about the cookbook but upset over having to cancel my credit card due to the first e mail which should have said cookbook...and charges of $6.95. Thank you! I am somewhere between neutral and negative!

Thank you for your prompt response today. I really appreciate how you make me feel like a part of the community. I also appreciate how you share information. I love that it is not through long videos but always to the point.

Thank you for reviewing what I ordered. Now I know and I do want that but nothing else.

Lexicon health misleads you and then charges your account. They told me they would stop the charge fo $67 a month and credit the month before that. NO credit, and ANOTHER charge. STAY FAR AWAY FROM anything with Lexicon Health

I placed an order to receive the digital version of the Paleo Cookbook and to join the 30 Day challenge. The site said that I would be charged $27.00, but when I received the confirmation I was charged $67 for a hard copy and digital copy of the book. I have not been notified that my order was shipped, and I want to cancel shipment, as I do not want/did not order the hard copy. Please cancel this order and refund my money. Thank you!
