Charged money! US$663! Good's never arrived!
This Company has the worst behaviour ever! No emails got replied. I tried to get contact over their messenger! But instead of answering, they blocked my messenger!
Same, I wrote on their Facebook site a review! But this got deleted in minutes!

THEY TOOK MY MONEY
Bad quality product, nasty costumer service, and they thief my money. I sent product back, they charged me $50 on top for restocking fee, and they NEVER sent credit.

Stay away from this company
STAY AWAY...this company has zero customer service and runs there business like the Russian mob, strong arming any negative reviews. This company even posted my personal data, including home address and cell number to try and get me to remove a negative review. To be honest I cant speak for the product itself since I never got my complete order or installation instruction to try it out. Send me my parts and all of my negative reviews will be deleted, till then NAVTOOL...good luck tracking all of my comments down. On a mission to save everyone else from spending 500 dollars for a plastic paperweight!

This is one of the biggest scam out here
I bought a unit from them which took two weeks to arrive. when I try to install the unit doesn't work. I try to return and was told the return period is 14 days after purchase. The item took that amount of time to arrive at me. There is no way to get in touch with anyone over the phone and you keep getting the run around every time you email the company. I would advise anyone don't buy this item.

Placed pound order,weeks on no order, no response to emails until week when I contacted [redacted] to claim, Do not deal with Navtool There is some thing odd about the company, the way emails are written, when you get one that is Helpful until you pay then the emails stop I'm sure it's one man in a bedroom or some thing

My experience with the company Nav Tool was disappointingThe company neglected and lacked with the service providedI ordered an item and weeks have gone by and I didn’t receive the productI contacted them and the spokes person said I will receive with in another week then called again to get an update and I was told the same storyI waited around for two months and kept getting excusesThe provided date was not met on the day I was toldI had to call many times because no one was keeping me updated on the item I’ve purchased which I also paid for expedite shipping After the two months I finally cancelled because I never received anythingThis item was for a client of mine and I had to sadly tell them how they will not be receiving the itemI couldn’t keep my client waitingOverall I was disappointed because I never received an update, I had to constantly call, no one sent out an email informing me about the “Suppose” delays, and to get a full refund was a hassleI’ve purchased from Nav Tool before and never had this issue and its a shame

Super knowledgable tech support team, they were able to guide from start to finishEven provided me support via video chat

This is a lie. This company is garbage. They make it sound like a seamless installation and customer support. They could care less but I will play when you respond

Fast shipping , low price, amazing customer service

This is the worst company you will ever deal with! It is a full fledged scam. He sells you products that will not work for your vehicle Then refuses to give you a refund without a 25% restocking fee. Then when you leave a badd review he send you an email saying warranty voided on a product you've never hooked up. If you tell him you're going to get the credit card company involved he refund your money. And gets a Collection agency saying you didn't pay, And refuses to give you an RMA to send it back and will not accept packages without an RMA. His website shows in a plus with the BBB However if you go to the BBB's website and put in navtool you will find he has a F. Everything about this company is a scam I don't understand why they haven't shut him down yet and put him in jail.

the customer service for the technical service is the worse. they are in-polite and the worse people to deal with. I bought a car play from them and the back up camera does not work. I called the technical service and the guys there will shout on me and bounce the call on me.
I hope they could improve their customer care and hire someone who bring business to company instead of driving them away customers.

After writing this review, the technical team sent me an email that the notifying me that my warranty has been canceled. I called them to find out why the cancelled my warranty, they indicated that I wrong a bad review so if I want my warranty to be reinstated then I have to delete my review.
As I was explaining the situation to him, he bounce the call on me.
This is the worse customer service I have ever received in my life.
I will advice anyone to be careful and never to use or buy any junk and scam tool from NavTool.
Now I know, I have been fooled and wasted my $549.99.
Please, if you dont want to go through this horror situation, please never use this company.
