For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below On 3-26-16, we received a notice in the mail from NBT stating our Principal balance is $236.14, with an additional interest charge of $14.07, for a total of $250.21.After we paid the total amount due of $3,on 2-24-16, NBT still said we owed $for interest on that amount that we paid off a month earlier.Now, they are saying we have another principal amount of $236.14, with additional interest of $14.07.Where did NBT come up with this amount?How did the charges they say I owe change from $to $250.21, a price increase of $189.93? First they try to charge me interest on an amount that I already paid offNow they are trying to charge me for another principal payment with additional interest.I do not owe the $for interest on an amount that I already paid off.And, I certainly do not owe another principal balance with additional interestAnd, I certainly do not owe another principal balance with additional interest.? I spoke with [redacted] and he stated he only rejected the response because he never received a response at that pointAfter he rejected it he finally got an answer from the comptroller and his complaint is now resolved
