I had called them early in the morning and they were able to come out that same day Scott C was my tech and he was excellent He was there on time (before me) and introduced himself to me I explained the situation and he knew right away what the issue was by listening to my furnace He fixed the problem, cleaned up after himself and was out the door promptly with no wasted time The prices were 20% lower than one of the other companies in town I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone Great Job!!!

My mother-in-laws house in Canton built in needed a new updated furnace exhaust systemThe old exhaust was a hardshell asbestos pipe used back in Derek inspected and determined what was required to do a thorough update and the total costDrew [redacted] and Dan "the furnace man" came thurs Feb 4th to do the jobThey had to disconnect and move the hotwater tank so the old asbestos pipe could be removedDan spent a lot of time on the roof removing part of the pipe that had several layers of tar, sealant, liquid nail etc keeping it stuck to the roofThey did it though and completed the taskThe house now has an all new up to code exhaust system and the hotwater tank is re-installed with new shut-off valves and fittings plus a new exhaustThey cleaned up the mess and left it looking professionally doneThank-you Derek, Drew and Dan [redacted]

Excellent customer service with Shanklin Heating and Air Conditioning they installed my A/C last May and I decided to use them for my semi-annual maintenance checks for my furnace and AC, would definitely recommend

Great experience with Shanklin Jill in the office promptly returned a message for service from night beforeScheduled me for service the next day The technician Brian came out on time and provided a phone call to tell me he was on his way He explained each step of what he was checking and gave me options to complete the service No mess, very professional Signed up for one year service contract with them as part of the call

The first time I had Shanklin come out, it was Brian who did the service, this time it was Scott Believe me, both guys were so helpful, so considerate and so knowledgeable that it's hard to believe - based on what I went through with another company - that I found a company with people this good Plus my service call was scheduled the same week I called - instead of weeks down the roadI said this in my first review of this company - if you want a heating and cooling company that actually appreciates your business, knows what they're doing and cares about making sure you're satisfied with their work - you need to call this company now!!

I had estimates for my furnace work and after talking to each provider, I felt that Kip would provide the service that I expected I wanted product made in the USA and I had a lot of duct work that was in disrepair and I needed some additional returns and supplies for my remolding project I was impressed with the skills and knowledge Steve and Mike and the rest of the team displayed while attending to all of the details I am a detail person and my needs were met, neat, efficient and priced fairly I really don't write many reviews but these guys earned it Thanks, I appreciate the fine work they did
