Over the holidays the control board on our geothermal furnace shorted out.After days of no results from the original contractor who installed the system, I called Shanklin Heating & Cooling, explained the problem to Kip, he called me back within an hour, said he could get the part, quoted a price and scheduled an appointment.Brian the technician was on time, explained what he was going to do and went to workbecause of the age of our system it took quite a bit longer than anticipatedThey stuck with the price they quoted even after I offered to pay extraI am very impressed with the integrity and service offered by their companyI highly recommend them and I will use them in the futureThanks for the great service *** ** *** ***

I have used Shanklin Heating and Air since they've installed an HVAC system in my newly built house (2007). Since then, I've had them service my HVAC system semi-annually, not to mention the several upgrades I requested they complete over the last 9 years for my families comfort such as a whole house ventilator, garage gas heater, a computerized system that synchronizes all the components to ensure they are operating efficiently with each other, etc......
They have always been prompt, courteous, professional, and fair. I have spoken to Derick and Bryan on numerous occasions over the years, who always go above and beyond to make ensure my wife and I are completely satisfied.
If you ever need a company that you can trust to get the job done on time and be honest with you - these are the guys.
FYI - I normally don't go out of my way to do reviews, but I feel that its hard to find a good company who stands behind their products, is fair, and professional at all time. So I figured this would help someone who is on the fence on using their services.

Jared & Derek were fantastic. The folks that did the initial installation of my furnaces completely screwed up the job. Jared & Derek spent well over an hour listening to all the problems and offered several solutions...along with the pros and cons of each. They listened to my input and together we formulated a plan that should completely fix the horrible installation job that was done about 18 years ago. The prices for the work was Very reasonable. The work performed was better than I could have imagined. I would give Shanklin the highest rating possible.

We had a new Burnham gas hot water boiler system installed 1/29/16...everything went good from the initial service call to see what we needed to the actual install. They were here when they said they would be, were polite and explained everything. Cleaned up the basement when they were done. Matt L, Jared and Drew were the main installers on this job. Would definitely use Shanklin again.

[redacted] with Shanklin heating and Air Conditioning provided excellent service to my heating and cooling equipment in accordance with the terms of my yearly maintenance agreement with their company. He also went above and beyond when he smelt and dealt with a natural gas leak from my water heater. I'm a newer homeowner and have used Shanklin for a full year now at my residence. I have older equipment but they have kept it running nicely especially through these the two recent rough winters. They came highly recommended to me by my parents who have used them for 20 plus years, and I have yet to look else where for service.
