Would fully trust him and Shanklin should treasure him as an asset to the business. He helped try to find me the best economical furnaces that would fulfill my needs in a very timely manner. Shanklin completed an install of a new A/C system including a difficult installation of a new line set. The install team did a great job! They were professional, neat, and efficient. My furnace was not working when I got up in the morning on Sunday. I called Shanklin Htg & Air Con and left a message. A short time later the on-call tech called me and I explained what my furnace was doing and not doing. After some discussion we agreed my situation wasn't a urgent emergency and he would have Connie call me in the morning to tell me when a tech could come to repair my furnace. Connie called shortly after 8 am told me tech there by 9 am. Jared called to let me know when he was on his way and he was here shortly before 9, which was even better. He diagnosed the problem and had my furnace fixed in less than 30 minutes. It was a very pleasant and pleasing experience, I'd recommend Shanklin's to anyone.

Did a great job installing a new furnace on the coldest day of the year. started at 8am and finished at 1 pm.

Shanklin Heating & Air Conditioning were very efficient and had an extremely quick turn around time. They were able to come out to my home to give me an estimate 2 days after I called them and they were ready to install my furnace/AC a week later.
Kip was very polite and was able to give me excellent advice on all the bells and whistles, helping me make an informed decision based on my home's size and needs.
The install team was also polite and efficient, making very little mess and cleaning up after themselves.

This is the 2nd time Scott C has been to my home for by semi-annual check-up. He is very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend Shanklin Heating and Air Conditioning and their team as anyone I have been in contact with is very knowledgeable. I love the service plan that is available and the many perks I get with it!

Brian e[redacted] is an awesome tech. I actually followed him from his previous employer. I will only trust my HVAC needs to him. He is a great guy and really enjoys working for Shanklin heating and AC. I will be doing business with them as long as Brian is an employee with them,which hopefully will be the rest of his career.

The owner was professional and explained all options and procedures for a new installation of HVAC. Refreshing work ethic and respect for the customer and the home being serviced. The floors were completely covered with drop cloths before installation began. the steps were protected with plastic and all employees wore shoe covers. I requested a service call today because of a lot of condensation and the technician was here in less than 3 hours and fixed the problem. I was impressed also with the fully equipped and organized service trucks. No trips back to the shop for parts.

Excellent customer service with Shanklin Heating and Air Conditioning. they installed my A/C last May and I decided to use them for my semi-annual maintenance checks for my furnace and AC, would definitely recommend.

I had called them early in the morning and they were able to come out that same day. Scott C was my tech and he was excellent. He was there on time (before me) and introduced himself to me. I explained the situation and he knew right away what the issue was by listening to my furnace. He fixed the problem, cleaned up after himself and was out the door promptly with no wasted time. The prices were 20% lower than one of the other companies in town. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Great Job!!!

Problem with our furnace, called Shanklin, very nice phone conversation with woman who answered my call. Technician was at our home very quickly and was polite and professional when talking to us and in repairing our furnace.

Scott was out today to fix my furnace. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Thank you!

Brian E[redacted] was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He called ahead, and introduced himself when he came to the door. He put covers on his shoes and even greeted my barking, but harmless, Lab! He assured me my furnace was safe to use and gave me a requested quote for a new furnace and a/c. Being alone, I appreciated his knowledge and appreciate the continued trust I have in Shanklin's H&C since the original owner, Harold Shanklin, has been coming to our home.
