The clear and open hostility by Nemet Dealership is the best example to show the public what kind of an enterprise they are runningThis business relay heavily on intimidation and obviously steering away from the truth as a way of doing business, something that is not going to take this dealership any where but closer and closer to be convicted soon in a court of law
At what point we found our self ordering a vehicle from Nemet Hyundai? If every advertisment going to lead to a special order that means all car dealership need to invest in is advertising?
And yes this dealership is in the business of collecting and securing thousands of unsuspecting consumers whome their mistake is believing that they are responding to a legitimate offer instead they ended up paying out of their own pocket to fulfill something that should be readily available to them! We are proud to argue what is wright and point out what is criminally wrong with Nemet HyundaiWe urge your agency to utilize all public exposer venues to expose this dealership illegal practices and open a campaign and invite the public to bring forward their present and previous experiences with any of Nemet dealershipThis is an excellent opportunity for Revdex.com to utilize this case to its maximum and join forces with local and federal governments to expose all Nemet dealerships practices

*** *** is so far from the truthThis dealership informed *** *** in person and in writing that although this was an error caused by our Website provider we would honor the price. *** *** has been nothing but argumentative both during his visit and through his written responses. A customer commitment in the form of a deposit is required on all sales transaction whether they are advertised or not. When we do not have a car in our inventory and need to purchase it for a customer a non-refundable deposit is collected contingent upon our ability to supply the vehicle as ordered by the customer. If we cannot find the car desired by the customer the money is refunded. If we produce the car the $is credited towards the purchase of the vehicle. If the customer wants to purchases with no down payment and we supply the vehicle the money is refunded. We are in the business of selling cars not keeping deposit.
It is a car industry standard to require a commitment in the form of a customer deposit on all transactions. Once again we stand ready willing and able to honor our advertising. However *** *** has still not committed to making a purchase and the availability of these vehicles is decreasing on a daily basis. *** *** has provided another objection proving our position that *** *** has no intention of working towards a solution and making a purchase. If *** *** wishes to actually purchase a vehicle it requires a customer commitment which *** *** is unwilling to provide. Therefore we respectfully request that this file be closed as administratively judged resolved

They have not returned my deposit as I was originally told when I spoke with the *** *** on 7/** and said that he would return my deposit and that they don't have my carThe store *** calls me back a couple of hours later to tell me that the person I spoke to doesn't have the authority to cancel the contract and says he has purchased a car from the Nissan factory If that special order was made for me then it would be to my exact specifications and not with options I didn't want so the car that they have is not the one I requested because it has other options that I didn't want or request so the dealer didn't special order that car for me because I never wanted to have the primer package which he said this car has I told him that since I already spoke with *** and he said that the contract was canceled and my funds returned to my credit card I went to another dealership and they got me the car I requestedThey should honor want the original *** *** stated to me, he represents the dealership and after almost one month of not having provided me with the car its absolutely ridiculous for this store *** to keep my deposit of 5k since no service was provided, which was obtaining a car to the exact specifications that I requested in the a timely manner which they failed to do on both partsI was very flexible on the colors, I gave them four options on the colorThis was absolutely my worst experience with car dealership or in any place of business, they are unprofessional rude and have sense of how to treat customers, I was willing to do business but they were unable to provide me with what was promised and have now tried to go back on their promise to return my funds and are trying to say a car was special ordered for me however its not was I requested so how can this have been ordered for me

*** *** left a $non-refundable deposit for us to special order a Nissan Rogue. We are enclosing a copy of the buyer's order signed by *** ***. Please note the buyer's order states "Special Order $non-refundable deposit if deal is canceled by the
customer" and contains three color choices. We have a Graphite Blue with the specifications listed on the buyer's order that is currently in-transit to our dealership. This vehicle should be here any day. Since we have a vehicle that meets *** ***'s specifications we will not refund the $as per the terms accepted by *** ***. *** *** should just take delivery of this vehicle

We have reached a settlement agreement and will be finalizing it on Monday.

This dealerships contracts with [redacted] and outside vendor to update our website inventory.  Unfortunately, [redacted] had a problem with the inventory polling and failed to remove and add vehicles to our website as they were sold or arrived. We are enclosing a letter from [redacted]...

acknowledging this problem..  The vehicle [redacted] wanted to purchase had already been sold but due to this issue [redacted] failed to remove it from our website. This was not a bait and switch it was a website polling error by an outside vendor.
Since this vehicle had already been sold we offered [redacted] a 2015 Sonata at the same savings or we would locate a 2014 Sonata and sell it to him for the internet price.  In order to locate the vehicle we need to write up an order and obtain a $1000.00 deposit since we do not go out an purchase vehicles without a customer commitment.  [redacted] did not want to leave the deposit nor purchase the 2015.  If this had been a bait and switch we would not have offered to locate the car and sell it to him at the internet price.

Review: Several problems arose at Nemet Motors. The car was received hours later after purchase. I spent over 8 hours waiting to receive car which appeared dirty on audio panel with sticky substance across frame, clear wrapping hanging from between the hand rest, and a slice in the back of the driver's leather seat. I was told by word of mouth a free detail was due to me for those complaints. At sell of car I was told car did not come with alarm and if I wanted one I needed to purchase one. I was also sold an extended warranty with no booklet explaining the warranty. I asked for booklets and was told I did not need it. I was told, as long as I brought car to their service area the warranty was good. I possessed the car with missing items and by word of mouth I was made aware brand new cars are generally given 2 car keys and a new car comes with an alarm installed. I had appointment with [redacted] who never showed for the day; employees stating he makes his own hours. Detail cleaner said I needed a letter to get car clean. Detail man honored car cleaning because I told him [redacted] said him calling and making appointment was valid enough. I asked at time of complaint who can I talk to, I was told no one was there and complaints can be made to Nemet motors and was given a 1-800 number. After talking to another employee I found out the [redacted] was in the show room. I went back in and asked if the [redacted] was here. I was told "yes, but by appointment only." At that moment I found how much they value their customers. I also needed a fuse to be changed which the remote cables blocked my fuse box so I could not do the change myself. I had to return to dealership and from 7:30 a.m appointment I did not leave til 11:30 - 12:00 for a fuse change.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate common courtesy, honesty and speedier service. Lastly would appreciate all items sold with car are delivered.

Review: About a month in a half a go I visit the Nemet Nissian dealership to purchase a car.After all the paper was completed I was told I had to leave a down payment. I left a hundred dollars. The next day I went to Nement with a change of heart and decide to do business someplace else.I requested my down payment of a hundred to be return to me .I spoke to the sale person([redacted]) and he stated that I would recieve a refund in 3-5business days. I wait for about a week before I started calling,The dispatcher would put me through but the [redacted] nor the sales person return my calls. I waited another two weeks and paid them a visit,and spoke to the [redacted].I wait while he made a phone about the refund. The [redacted] stated to me that the check is being process and I should recieve it in a few days . it is now going into the third weeks and I have not recieve anything as of yet.Desired Settlement: I would like for the Nissian personnal to stop lying to me about when am I going to recieve my refund
