Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I don't agree with the businesses response. I used eco shield before and had no issues. They got me to switch because the sales man said they will also do a mosquito guard on our lawn from Bayer which never worked. We still had mosquitos in addition to more spiders and bugs overall. I was also told each service after the free services will be about $a month not sure how they are charging way more for my 8/visit. In addition the free service call was never done I have proof that it was supposed to have webs removed from outside of the house and I have pics to show no one ever did that. I also have pics to show all the bugs that were in my house. I need my balance cleared and services discontinued.

door to door sales representative named TannerAt the time of signing up you signed up for a one-year service agreement agreeing to Bi-Monthly services, that included wasp treatmentYou received your initial service on June 28th, your 30-day follow up appointment was scheduled for July 27th, you contacted our office when reminders were sent to cancel on July 19thAt that time a representative was going to have a manager call you to resolve the issues regarding pricingA member of our Customer Solutions Department called and left a voicemail on July 20thWhen wanting to cancel your account is placed on a temporary hold, since we did not hear back from you on September 23rd an email was sent stating that your temporary hold had expired, and your account was placed back in our service scheduleWe sent reminders for your upcoming December 6th service on November 29th via text, email, and voiceBecause we did not hear from you the service was performedWe then received a call from you regarding your frustrations that you thought you had cancelled and we performed another serviceThe reason for needing a member of our Customer Solutions Department to contact you is when you signed up for our service plan and the service agreement there are things we must cover prior to cancelling the agreementAt any time that you are having problems with services or are unsatisfied we will come and reservice your home at no additional chargeWe do cover wasps in your service plan, we do not cover termites in your service planWe offer termite services, it is just an additional service chargeWe do not have record of speaking with you or servicing your home in OctoberWhat we can offer is moving your account from services to You have received services, which would leave you at $plus tax each for your last servicesOr if you wish to cancel prior to fulfilling the agreement you agree to give back the discount given on the initial service, an initial service has a minimum charge of $plus taxYou received your initial service for $plus tax, making the discount $plus taxAttached is your signed service agreement for your reviewWe hope that this response will come to an agreeable standingWe hope to keep you as a customer and look forward to hearing from you.Hawx Services

I am rejecting this response because: I really do not understand exactly what Hawx is saying in its last response, "Hawx can lower the $to $in hopes that we can come to an agreement"? I am also unaware of any discount given to me, as stated in the response. I also stated that I was not given a copy of the contract at the time of signing thereby not having the hour of review that most contracts signings are entitled to. And, if Hawx is referring to the initial $as a discount then by there is really a problem because, if I signed up for a quarterly service, why did Hawx perform services both in July @ $and then again in August @ $I am totally confused. This one of the reasons I was trying to share with Hawx there was/is a big communication issue and why I call in August/September to cancel services with Hawx. Question, (this is why I am confused by Hawx last response) is Hawx saying if I Pay $I am still obligated to their contract and I quarterly services? Again, I am asking that Hawx cancel this contract which I have ask for numerious times and waive any charges and fees

I am rejecting this response because:The company is still lying, does not make apology and keeps send bills that they never performedYou insisted you had a proof of my signature that you did perform spraying on my house So I asked you to show me the proof that I signed after you finished spraying but you didn't show me the proofI never signed on a sheet that you did perform sprayingI just signed on your tablet that I agreed your technician enter my houseNot confirming your sprayingDo not play games with meI opened front and back door for your technician's convenience and put many shoes on the doors but the doors remained exactly same position and the shoes remain exactly same position. I and my son could not find any material of sprayEven my dog couldn'tWhen we came back , we found many bugs playingWhat did you spray ? Water ? I did not receive any contact from the companyThey just keep sending bills with interest that they never performedThe salesman told me that it was "one-time service at half price"And I signed and they made it 12-month contractGreat job!The salesman asked me my credit card number even before they perform the serviceI said NO!It was very strange from the beginningI am very curious why the company insists that their technician was absolutely right, and I am lying.
