This company was supposed to deliver a much needed hospital bed before 6p.m., August **, It is now 6:24p.m., August ***, messages later, not a word from the companyShe just got discharged today, and has no where to sleep

My mom, *** ***, is a 90-yr old *** patient whose doctor, Aaron R*** ordered a wheelchair for her (Prescription sent to Medstar) It is convered under Medicaid There should not have been an invoice on this item We have attempted to reach them without success Their fax number does not work Their telephone number is constantly busy Consumers cannot get through the listed telephone numbers and prompts Even ArchCare, the MLTC, has attempted to contact them and there is no way of getting through to this company Everything we've tried has been frustrating, time consuming and inaccurate Please help

I have been getting nothing but the run around by this companyRude, lying customer service repsThey are contracted by Medicare to fix my year fathers power wheelchairThey have had it for over a month and everyt time I follow up they give me a different excuse as to why it’s not fixedI don’t no where else to turnI don’t know how this company is still in business after reading the reviews

We receive supplemental nutrient for feeding tube and suppliesAfter months the orders are still incorrectThe last time an order was placed, the customer service rep said the supplements were sent to my husband at the hospiceHe's far from hospice, this an every monthly order is ALWAYS incorrectLastly, with the Jevity come a case of feeding tube syringes billing Medicare at least $a case every month as we were supposed to use a syringe a day and throw it outThe doctor said this is wasteful and ridiculous and one can use the same syringe over and over and there is no need to sterilize as food goes directly into the stomachWhen I asked to not send the syringes the customer service rep said if we didn't take them, we couldn't get the foodI insisted and fought to have that wasteful and costly item removed from our order to which the customer service rep said, why do you care, you don't pay for itMeaning Medicare does! As a tax payer I do pay for it and Landauer should stop using Medicare as their cash cowI'd love to give this company lots of NEGATIVE stars!

Did not receive the July monthly supplies as an incontenent patient I was told today by Csr, Dave that Landauer will skip July orders and submit August orders 8/** / I insisted July supplies be shipped as well, reminding him that we spoke on 8/* called times, left messages) and he assured me he would put a rush on the order which would be received by 8/*/I contacted Dave on 8/**/to inquire about the July order and was told it was on ups truck for delivery 8/**/He says we will be billed for a July order if we still want it sent since the 8/** order will be August orderEssentially, it appears a rush was never initiated and now the company is attempting to omit months order of suppliesThis is service that is paid for and the supplies for August should be delivered as expected without any expenses incurredI requested to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to another CSR DarrenI requested Darren have David I*** whom he said was the mgr that was

Horrible customer serviceIf your insurance takes only this pharmacy for your life support and nutrition equipment you are screwedcustomer service is terribleRepresentatives are worst people to talk, no manners no respect
My year olds nutrition supply equipment had to transfer to them due to change in insurance15days after insurance approved the authorization still I am calling them to get my daughters feed pump and bagsShe gets feed thru this equipment and here there are sitting on the approved order and not sending out the equipment

An invoice was received in the amount of $and marked"Past Due" showing the date of service but what equipment represented the amount being billed I have tried five different telephone numbers listed for this business and either the phone rings continually and then disconnects, you get a recording saying your call is next in line and then go to voicemail box which tells you to leave a message, which I did twice and/or a recording states you next in line, the line rings once and then they say the person is not available Totally unacceptable way to do business!

My husband was on a feeding tube and prescribed Jevity nutritional supplements for a year until last November We had to use Landauer Medstar
Medstar have been a horrible company to deal withThe RX was for a year and they NEVER got the RX right, and delivery & quantity was wrong each monthNov my husband was able to eat and we canceled the RXMedstar said we needed a doctor's note to cancel, so his PCP wrote to Landauer Medstar that Jevity RX was no longer needed This was last Nov We get monthly bills (that we should not get as the RX was covered under Medicare) and monthly calls to fill the next months prescription
I called Medstar and emailed them countless times to stopWe never get a response but the bills keep coming and are going up and the monthly calls keep comingI have asked Medstar to zero out the balance due as we don't owe them and to please stop calling every month

Customer service is non existent- get bounced around on phone and then either cut off or leave a messageI am now in a EMERGENCY SITUATION my oxygen concentrator is not working properly, service man was here and after he left it got worse and used a e tank to supply me with oxygen and now tank is empty and am waiting for service call and nothing happensMy well being depends on using oxygen hours a day and sleeping with it and now I have nothing-- I am going to call my attorney and then channel here in NYC to report how badly your company treats its customers
