On June 7th, Residential Concrete poured a patio at the front of the houseThe primary intent of the patio was for drainage purposes On June 8th I checked the leveling of the patioOn June 8th I called Residential Concrete about the patio's rear section on the left half being sloped toward the houseDrain v-grooves were placed at right-angles to one another on the patio with one groove running right into the single-stepped stairwell and since this section is slightly sloped toward the house, rainwater now quickly runs into the stairway/step-down and enters the houseThe overall pour is acceptable even though wire mesh was not placed throughout the footprint (I have pictures during their work) but should have been - the actual amount of wire mesh used covers about 2/to 3/of the entire pour I've contacted both [redacted] (the individual who was in charge the day of the work and who was the one who provided an estimate on May 28th) and an office person, each at a differe

Lino and his crew came and poured a walkway from our driveway to our back yard and a medium sized patio. They showed up at 2pm worked fast and efficiently and finished by 8pm. I requested a quote for separate items of work; for a step to be added to the front of my patio, and for a concrete patio to be laid (14' x 17'); after review of the amounts I elected to only get the patio, which I signed for with the amount listed on the invoice A week later when the actual work was done they did not have the signed invoice with them; which I was assured would be no issue, and once they had the invoice they would charge my card appropriately, and send a receipt to my email address I never received a receipt, but when I checked my card statement I see that I was charged for $2120, which was never agreed to; when I tried to reach out to the individuals I dealt with, but have been getting the run around, even though the invoice clearly shows the correct amount
