On April 4, we hired *** and his crew to pour us a new driveway The driveway was to extended feet further than the existing driveway on both sides and to be stamped with stain and sealed The driveway was extended feet on inside and feet 8" on the other so the driveway was short of what we paid for I have been in contact with *** numerous times to schedule a date to resolve the situation *** fails to show up time after time At this point I am skeptical on whether they will return at all There has been no sealer put on the driveway as promised nor extended to the feet on both sides as stated in our work contract

We recently had Residential Concrete Works add a walkway on the side of our house and extend our back patioThey did a great job They showed up on time, were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable

I got a stamped concrete patio in a moon shapeThis involved them jackhammering out the steps I had and putting in the new patioEven after discussing with the owner *** about my sprinkler system, his guys DESTROYED my yardI still have concrete flecks all over my house because they didn't bother to cover anything upOnce the work was complete, I sent many emails and phone calls about the damage to my yard which were ignored or promised that would be addressed and never wereBecause I was going on vacation, I had to pay another company to fix my yard and sprinkler system, as they cut the drip line hose and water was spraying everywhere when I turned the system onThey damaged my siding and removed the kickplate under my door, which also disappeared and was not replaced

This was the worst experience we have ever had with a contractor We had a driveway and patio poured at our residence of approximately 14,sqftand this company did a horrible job Not only was the concrete work sub-par, but they damaged our house, the garage, deck posts and brand new fence When asked about compensating us for the damages their response was "this is hard work and accidents happen" We got them to agree to tear out and repour sections that had large amounts of standing water, but even their "fixes" were done very poorly Based on the way the job was going, or not going in this case, we decided to check the footage from our security cameras on the days the work was done We discovered that they did not use wire mesh in a large portion of the job, even though it was written in the quote, and what mesh was used was not pulled up into the concrete properlyThe owner also said after the initial work was done that he would not cash the check until we were satisfied He knew he was coming back to do the repair work, and he knew we were still not happy since there was no resolution regarding our property damages; yet he cashed the check prior to coming back to do the concrete repairsWould never recommend and highly suggest you do not use this company We spent an incredible amount of money and now we are still spending out of pocket to do our own repairs Very, very disappointed, and apparently they think they did a good job

On June 7th, Residential Concrete poured a patio at the front of the houseThe primary intent of the patio was for drainage purposes On June 8th I checked the leveling of the patioOn June 8th I called Residential Concrete about the patio's rear section on the left half being sloped toward the houseDrain v-grooves were placed at right-angles to one another on the patio with one groove running right into the single-stepped stairwell and since this section is slightly sloped toward the house, rainwater now quickly runs into the stairway/step-down and enters the houseThe overall pour is acceptable even though wire mesh was not placed throughout the footprint (I have pictures during their work) but should have been - the actual amount of wire mesh used covers about 2/to 3/of the entire pour

We live in a small town and alway try to use local, however, we don't always get a call back for local companies to take our business Lino called back, gave us a quote and also added his expert recommendation when we were unsure on the best design He kept in contact throughout the process and did a beautiful job with our concrete retaining wall and sidewalk area

We had a patio poured in our backyard November When they scheduled to do the work, they insisted that they do it right before a big snow storm was on it's way We hesitated but they insisted this would be fine and that after they poured the patio they would put thermal blankets on the patio for days to keep it from freezing Three days after the work was done, we came home from work one day to find the blankets pulled off and piles of snow just freezing onto our patio When we called them, they said they needed them for another job apologized and went and bought new blankets and came and put them back on Once the winter was over and we were able to see the patio, we were not too pleased to see spalding spots all over the patio as well as cracks My wife initially called their office in March When she called she mentioned the patio had spalding spots already and asked if that should be happening already and the office lady said absolutely not and that she would send a s
