My driveway poured on 5/5/a day concrete pour I saw a some cracked on the step because thickness only 2-3" on the L shapeI call them but no one coming out until a week later about May the guy named Manual came out take a looks and tell me that they will be coming back in two weeks and now is June now one called me or come to fix

Lino and his crew came and poured a walkway from our driveway to our back yard and a medium sized patioThey showed up at 2pm worked fast and efficiently and finished by 8pmThey cleaned up their their mess when the job was completed and were very professionalThe concrete looks great and hands down % better than the last contactor we hired at our prior houseHis price was fair and on the lower end of other bids we receivedThe bid we received the price we paid; no hidden chargesYou won't be disappointedGreat job!!

Residential came out to my house to add a extension to my backyard patioLino and his team arrived at my house at the agreed time and his team started workThey were very professional in their work, there was no horse playing with this crewWe added a walkway onto the original job of the patio extension and Lino's team put it right in with no fussThey completed the job in the time that they had stated and after they left a team came back to seal the concrete and to check that we was satisfied with the workMy wife and I was very pleased with their finish product and will recommend them to our friends and neighborsI gave them stars in all catagories

This company was extremely disrespectfulWas not on time did a poor job pouring cementVerbally abuse meLeft a mess and did not do the job that was agreed upon

On March 25th, we met with *** from Residential Concrete to discuss the plan for our patioHe took some measurements and quoted us a price for a concrete slab that would be lined with gravel provided by Residential Concrete WorksWe also sat down with him to pick out our color, which was supposed to be a greyish tintAdditionally, we picked out the color of the rocks in a pamphlet that he showed usWe then set a date for them to come out a week later
On the day of the project, *** was not there initially but I spoke with Lino who did not seem to have all of the details of what we wantedThis concerned us but we stayed positive and hoped for the bestLino was asking us questions which we thought he should already have the answers to as *** had written everything down regarding our projectAdditionally, he seemed to want us to do certain things as it would stand to benefit them as opposed to usFor example, he said, "you want square steps, they look better."
